Beautiful art.

The uke is so the most annoying brat ever especially for this type of dark theme story, like the worst dumb shounen protagonist got isekai-ed to the wrong genre. I couldn't stomach him passed the first chapter and the twist reveal made his annoying character even more insufferable. Everyone else is forgettable. I was done with the story even before we reached the ending.

It had a pretty simple plot and overall just kind of breezed by. I'm sure the game has a more detailed world because this one just barely introduced it. Set in a district where the Chinese mafia has taken over... and that's about it. Basically a kill or be killed place.

The main character is weak and stubborn and basically fell in love with a guy because... he didn't kill him? As for JJ, the remnants of a deeper character (probably from the game) are there, but really, he's not developed very much in the story.

The categories checked off a lot of boxes for me to want to read this, but in the end it really fell short. I like plot development and there wasn't much of any. I also can enjoy a pure smut story every now and then but there wasn't much of that either. It was like all that was developed was the romance, but a lot of wasted time was spent on a plot that didn't really develop or explain much for the story.

The rating I'm giving this is basically for the art because I like Tateishi Ryou's style a lot. But it did leave me questioning the main character's design - he looks like he has cat ears and I'm wondering if that's from the game's character design? It seems like it should be but it really stuck out to me as strange and not ignorable.

The artwork really is quite wonderful and the plot was rather intriguing. Nevertheless, the story wasn't told as well as it should or could have been. It failed to keep me engaged and connect me to the characters (it's the same feeling as reading cliff notes to a novel -informative but not made to immerse the reader into a story-).

It could have been made longer to develop the characters and story-line. But as it's based on another work and in another genre entirely, I'm willing to bet that there's some restrictions that affect how the manga version was written (do correct me if I'm wrong though, as I'm unfamiliar with the game).

This is a manga adaptation of the BL PC game Omerta Chinmoku no Okite...which is, IMHO, tons better. There's too much character and story development put into the game to try and pass it off in a single manga volume. This was just too fast and too clipped to make any kind of good impression on the reader(s).

The art was great though.

The art is this is extremely beautiful, but it expresses no emotions. I felt nothing as I read. Add that to a story and characterization that's crap, and you get this manga. The uke and seme are inconsistent (yes, even that piece of cardboard seme is inconsistent), and the "happy ending" isn't the least earned by the story - heck, it doesn't even make sense. I hope the artist a) gets some better stories, and b) learns how to express emotion in her panels, because if she does she'll be one of the best.

It's about a immature guy who falls in love with a guy supposedly killed his parents and rapes him everyday.
There's noting more to say. The art is nice though.

It comes from a videogame so the story isn't very developed and it's quite rushed. There is no time to build up feeling or anything really but I enjoyed the art sooooooooooo much. The characters are so hot *.*! It's a pity that Tateishi Ryou has only illustrated a light novel apart from this, I want more!!!
By the way, the game is got to be awesome!

And that's about it.... Lol, seriously, was it too fast? Hell yes. And weird.. Idk.
Everything was there but it was wrong and strange or i'm just confused, is not that it was hard to follow, but there are no feelings you just read it and that's it. The art was awesome but there's nothing more here, it was like a Togainu no chi doujinshi...
