Loved how you could relate so much, you don't have to be in high school to understand what the main character is going through. It starts out playful and not too serious but then it does. Loved the main lead and how she was written. It doesn't feel two-dimentional. Would read again!

I wish there was a sequel to this!
It's about a young girl, Iroha, who makes her best friend the center of her universe. I suppose as kids they were once inseparable, but they've just begun high school and things are changing. Once the best friend gets her first boyfriend, he is all she can talk about and Iroha feels left behind. She half-heartedly dates an upperclassman, who is desperately in love with her, in an attempt to fit in with her classmates and stay close to her best friend.
In the process, Iroha grows up a bit.
