Great premise, less-than-stellar execution.

The art's fine, but the lack of character direction really took away from my enjoyment. Other comments say that Alisa is a strong heroine, but she wavers between ditz and insanity for me (there's nothing wrong with that, but Seol Hui lacks precision in her personality), and seems rather broken overall. The impassioned statements she makes when she shows her darker side are repetitive and self-righteous. They lack power and fall flat.

The supporting characters are also simple. Marcus has simple thoughts, despite being a celebrity. The villain is not worthy of even being called a villain- she's not crafty, just transparent.

The pacing, too, was awkward, as it drifts from event to event. There's definitely a lot of mystery there, but that's not necessarily intrigue.

If you're not a stickler for consistency, I would definitely recommend this manhwa, though.

Im pretty impresed by this manhwa. One of the few i actually like because its not the typical cheesy-romance story. I really like the main character also, shes smart and blunt..love that about her...

Couldnt complain about the art, its really good. The characters actually have different kinda face, unlike some other manga i could name that have same faces wiff diff hairstyles -_-

Overall its not bad...not bad at all, its great ^^
if you've got time (you have got to have time for this one), i recommend you to read this...

At first glance, I disliked Alisa's personality.
Then the mangaka flashed the mysterious side of her to me, and I was enchanted with the secrets, the history, the comedy, the power of the girl. Yes, I totally love her now Awsome girl.

Its amazing how it was done. In no time, my displeasure was transforrmed into adoration and curiosity.

Haha! The subjectivity of people's tastes are always interesting...personally, I think the art is unique, sometimes reminds me of some western comics and other times it stands out beautifully.

Havent completed this so I may re-edit this. It is brilliant so far though.

I love the main character. Usually, the main things about a manga for me is good main characters. Not spoil, weak, stupid and keep on blushing whenever she see a guy type of main character. Saver, Seol Hui, Normal City, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, Skip Beat, Do Re Mi (just get the point), Hot Blooded Woman are my ideal manhwa/ manga for main character. That pratically the reason why I love them.
Also, eventhough the storyline in someway are gloomy, I think it was great. Completely unpredictable! Giving me excitements whenever I am reading it. A Must Read.

I love love the story n the art looks great!! I don't know what kindda ppl would think it looks terrible but I'm an artist myself n could tell which is an immature work n which is not. Well, the plot starts slowly n it builds up, I guess it's KANG Kyeong Ok style of writing. Anyways read it n find out for urself, highly recommended

I agree with the comments that the main character is great. She acts like an idiot at times but then shows that she really isn't. And the second half of volume 1 (ch.6-12) sinks deeper into the plot as one of the relatives tries to murder her and it also reveals that Alisa definitely has a dark, scary side to her. She seems to be immortal and won't go easy on whoever tries to take the money from her. Marcus seems to be falling for her despite how he tries to convince himself otherwise. Not a bad plot and some interesting characters. It seems to be heading towards a deeper plot. I suspect she's going to find ways to get rid of all her money.

Ugly artwork?? I dont have a problem with the art, it seems fine to me. O___o;;;;;

Anyways, the plot is so intriguing! Alisa is such a msytery, the beginning of the manwha was kinda like shoujo-ish but the tones becoming darker as the chapters progressed.

She;s one of the most interesting female characters I've encountered..her character..charisma, quirkiness...everything about HER outshines everyone in the manwha, a worthy heroin for a worthy manwha!

P.S, I always trust Janime's choices in providing us the best manga/manwhas around~!!<3

Honestly, the art is pretty ugly. People say Love Roma's art was kinda bad, but even though it's plain, Love Roma's art actually has its own charms. The art in this manga is just plain ugly and unappealing. It's all crooked; the faces are especially weird-looking. I hate it. It ruins the story for me.

Currently at "ch12".
It starts off slowly, but once you start reading, you can't stop.

The many mysteries behind the main character and her strong personality keep you wanting more. The love-dumb male character is amusing too ~

I'm really surprised there haven't been any comments yet to this! Probably cause it's new and kind of hard to find scannings (on the janimes website). Anyways what I really love about this project is that they're REALLY fast with the updates and when I mean really I mean 1 to 2 chapters a week sometimes!! It's a different kind of story that keeps you gripping and I love it Has a beautiful art too! A definite recommend!
