Sakurai Tomoki is a normal student whose motto is "normal is the best". If there is one thing abnormal, it is that he often dreams of a girl whose face he cannot even remember, and when he wakes up from that dream, he would always be crying. He tried leaving it as just a dream... but one day, from the sky, an angel descended.

Takes the cake

What makes this series refreshing and different from the rest is that the main character is a chivalrous pervert who does not shy away from delivering what makes an ecchi series. Unlike many ecchi series which shall not be named and feature spineless protagonists who 'accidentally', 'unintentionally' but always successfully end up molesting a girl in every chapter, this time we have a genre savvy character who knows what his job is.

Add to that some good art and comedy that is actually funny at times and you have a splendid series. Save for the same old cliche - every girl falls for the ordinary protagonist almost immediately and unconvincingly, and is ready to die for him. Well, at least it advances the plot.

Such a well balanced and amusing manga

It is rare to see a manga that has so many different elements, and still manages to pull it off well.
Ecchi, battle, romance, comedy, its got all of it, and it is still amusing. The situations are original (mostly anyway) and when it gets serious, it isn't affected by the comedy and ecchiness.
The mangaka has pulled off the perfect balance.
Its too bad the releases are so slow, but it seems that that is the case for most of the best mangas out there.

Epic Ecchi Series

This manga really does have it all. Romance, ecchi, comedy, diverse characters, violence, and so much more. The main character is not a weak, spine-less dude, but one who abuses his power, yet is understanding and caring. Infact, the whole main cast is excellent, except for the dreaded "Childhood Friend". Yes, the cliché is here, and her sole role in the manga(up to where I've read) is to stop the main character from doing perverted stuff.

This manga, while the plot is solid, makes me laugh so much in each chapter. The humor mostly comes from the characters, and never seems to let up. One example would be in one of Tomoki's perverted quests, he gets discovered by his "Childhood Friend" and this time, no pounding is shown. Instead, we get a monologue about how that day, the strongest of them had fallen. next scene shows Tomoki who was thrown into concrete.

In short, very funny, recommend for ecchiness and comedy, and will leave you wanting more.

the pervert protagonist
acts like an idiot yet
has a kind heart.

those who wanna laugh
I recommend this manga
and it has nice story that
makes it interesting

a manga with distination
makes you think what will
happen next ^-^

I dont know about others comment
but it is nice and not just a filler
maybe they are just simply jealous
since this is a nice manga.

Art, comedy, romance and plot is very nice.
it has this thrilling effect to the point that
I wanna fight those bad guys lol.

try reading and watch the manga and you'll
notice that the author is giving a good effort
since the art is better than the others. It is funny
not just a lame joke and the plot is pretty interesting.

Overall very satisfactory!

I would have preferred if the Mangka took this more seriously, whenever he is writing a plot relevant chapter I find myself engrossed in every element of the plot, however a majority of this manga could be labeled as filler and just thrown away.
I'm not terribly fond of the main character he has zero self control, zero intelligence and zero capability of learning. True this does make for some funny moments in the beginning but as the chapters go on and our main character is still doing the exact same things over and over and he stubbornly refuses to develop his character.
so all in all it gets a five, the comedy quickly dries up, the only character's who grow are the angeloids, and the main character at most times is only an inch from being a rapist. however the ecchi and the art are it's saving graces but these two things are just about the least important factors for determining a good manga.
interesting note this is about the only manga where I encourage the abuse of the main character, matter of a fact I would prefer it if his wounds were more than just "comedic" relief, I would actually like him to suffer serious painful injuries that leave him crippled.
This is a manga I would only recommend if you don't mind going through a large number of chapters that all feel the same just to get some tiny morsels of plot

Plot and Comedy?

Surprisingly, what I liked most about this manga is the plot. Too bad the manga spends 90% of its time in comedy mode. I guess I would like it more if I appreciated the humor more. I like the unabashed pervert moments as much as the next guy but is it really so funny to watch a pervert get caught and tortured every singe chapter?

Yes, LOL. The mangaka uses the comedy-ecchi genre very well, I must say. Every chapter has either something to laugh your socks off. The plot isn't paid so much attention, but there are serious scenes to move it along. The comedy almost matches up to One Piece, just that this really has loads off ecchi scenes stuck in. If you abhor it, keep well away, but if you can take it, it is worth a read.

The comedy is great, but personally I think without it, the manga would be much better. Since it's too late for that, this manga is still worth reading and almost every character is interesting(especially the President, Mikako!!).

Btw, someone should make a favorite character poll in the forums, since i don't know how to do that >.>

When this series does the story, it's really good. However, 75% of the time it's about how perverted Tomoki is and it's really overused. When you forget when you're main character actually looks like because he spends most of his time in some chibi-hentai mode, there's a problem. Not to mention, that for a guy who's supposed to be the hero who protects these girls, he's one step away from becoming a rapist. Turning himself invisible or into underwear to sexually assault and molest girls doesn't make for a good hero.

I like ecchi. I can laugh at perversion (after all, I like GS Mikami), but when it gets to the point that it completely drowns out the story and makes the main character look like a complete jerk, it loses points.

This is one of those rare occasions where you have a series that has a harem and ecchi but also has a pretty good plot added to it. Also, it's absolutely hilarious. I love the author's art and his use of chibi and such. Even though the story can get serious at times, it never forgets it's comedic part, and vice versa.
