At, first i also thought that the manga would'nt be good, and when i start it, i fell deeply in love with it ! Ayase is just too cute i really like his reaction, and kano-san i really love how he treat ayase, but i thinks he could be a bit more gentle ! but it's really a cute manga, ther's no way to hate it ! ( only if you hate yaoi :S ) ♥♥ i'm really lookinf forward to the chapter 40.
ps : if you don't feel like reading it, i thinks you should see first the oav of it and you will want to read it .
( i did it like that cuz i really thought ( oh, what a stupid manga ) and i went to see the oav and i fell in love like this

When i know about manga, yaoi and stuff, this is the 2nd yaoi manga i read after Viewfinder Series. I cant say i like this manga since the story's familiar, easy to guess what would happen and doesnt have many interesting details. I only read half or more of this manga and...I cant stand the uke of this series. He's totally a girl in my point of view, except...different parts...I mean it would be totally fine if you replace him with a girl since there is no difference in both appearance and personality. And about the seme, he's overprotective to the point that i find it's quite annoying throughout the story.
All in all, it's just not my fav. But it's not too bad a series either.

Oh also @XfrozenX
if this were a hentai with lolita and all that, it would have been much much more popular considering how popular and mainstream hentai is. and i don't see how hentai is "weird", you're reading yaoi for crying out loud and you call hentai weird?
@Amitielle
i don't get it, just because the uke is feminine (which is actually the most common form of uke's) does it mean they're mocking homosexuals? and not just that, half, if not, most homosexual men are actually feminine, so get your facts straight before posting nonesense.

After reading these comments, i started to see that they were all so negative! DX I personally LOVED it with all my heart! It is a cute story! So, who cares about how different the characters are or how feminine Ayase is! Actually its better if Ayase was feminine because new yaoi fans that are not used to hardcore male x male can start off with a guy similar to a girl to get used to it!!! Is it so bad that you have to make it sound so negative!! DX
Ashamed to say I liked it...

This is one of those mangas that I'm ashamed to admit I enjoyed. I myself am truly surprised I didn't hate it since it has basically all the features I hate put together.
First of all it's true what they say, Ayase is too much of a girl for this to be proper yaoi. And I love a manly uke, not bara but a pretty-boyish type of masculinity. Ayase on the other hand is the girliest uke in the history of yaoi. Not only that, he looks like a child so reading the sex scenes really feels like shota, no more like lolicon...
On top of that Kanou is like this super seme; five times bigger, twice as tall, stronger, filthy rich (whereas Ayase is completely broke), practically invincible, super masculine playboy etc etc. I've never read a yaoi where the distinction between the uke and seme was this huge and there are lots that use the feminine uke/masculine seme stereotypes. It was pretty disturbing.
The other major issue is of course the fact that Kanou is a serial rapist. Now, I've read (and loved) Koisuru Boukun and heard similar accusations against Morinaga, but in that manga the uke was perfectly capable of protecting his own hide. Here however, as mentioned before, not only does Kanou practically own Ayase who's piss poor, but he's much bigger, stronger and a whole lot more violent. Poor Ayase! (in a lot of ways...)
Having said all that, I did read all the chapters scanlated so far. Why? Because it was entertaining. I may have been disgusted at it and disgusted at myself for reading it but from beginning till the end I was still thoroughly entertained... I've been trying to figure out what the appeal was since it's not like the plot was that superb either... Initially I think it was just because it's quite funny. The whole thing with the small animal owning guide for example was hilarious. It's more like the story's got great comedic value or maybe shock value or something... Anyway, the trick is not to look for anything too deep or meaningful in this manga cos you won't find it.
It's lowbrow but it'll keep you occupied if you've got time to kill. I don't regret reading it and I suggest you give it a try. You'll quickly find whether you'll hate it or like it...

Uhm....I don´t really know where I should start. Maybe I should start with saying that I strangely enough didn´t hate this manga, even though all the Ingredients that usually makes me drop a manga are contained here. Rather than hating it, I was disturbed by it.
I read it all, not because I particularly liked it, I was just in need of something to read. The story is basically about a Shemale getting sold on auction and then bought by a yakuza ( well he was not really yakuza, but I don´t know what else to call that guy. Also Businessman sounds to innocent to describe him ) and then made as a sex-slave against that The Ukes will, because he has a debt to repay. Sounds good enough for you smut-hungry people huh? Don´t think so.
This is by far the MOST disturbing manga I´ve read, not by term of tragic things happening, it was more like a feeling that you could call annoyance-disturbance. Every time that Yakuza forced himself on Ayase ( The Shemale Uke ) I just got this really disgusted feeling. Firstly, that Uke he forced himself on looked like 10-12 years old, even though the author clearly stated that he was 18 years old and going to University. But Noooooo, he looked more like a kid and sometimes it felt like I was reading a Shota, wich I hate….or wait I despise it. Secondly, the Uke looked so much like a GIRL and so effeminate that I didn´t know how to even react? I mean really? The whole effeminate and girly Image made him a boring and bland character, it felt like he didn´t have any personality and was just –going with the flow- all the time. Oh I should also not forget how every person who sees him falls in love with him, it was like the world have turned gay just for the Uke, because he´s so cuutsie and has this Sunshine-smile everybody loves. Third and most important, this should be tagged as a Shoujo and Harem…or no wait it´s reverse Harem because a girl ( The Uke could/should be called a girl, yes ) is surrounded by boys.
Maybe I should also give you a sneak-peak of how the seme and Uke had sex, It was usually along these lines;
Seme; I´m gonna juuuuump you nooooww * Has sex with Uke*
Uke; NOOOO DON´T * it feels soo good* NOOOOOO *why does it feel good?* Uuh *criiies*
Seme; DAMN IT WHY DON`T YOU LOVE ME EVEN THOUGH I RAPED YOOOU.
That goes on for about, let´s say 39 chapters. Now you probabaly ask yourself " wait that´s the whole amount of chapters that´s scanlated right now *stunned* ". Yeah well, we get to see that kind of thing the whooole amount of chapters that´s been scanlated and I know that we are also going to see more in the future.
No..... actually YOU people who are deciding to continue reading this shit is going to see more of this in the future. Me? I´m dropping it. Hey, what did you expect? *Schwepps- add-style*
Okay to sum this up, if you´re desperate read this. I´m giving it a 3 because I´m feeling generous today, if it was a normal day I wouldn´t even bother rating this. *sigh* I knew I shouldn´t give popular Yaoi a chance, I always get disappointed. I actually thought that the 203 people who rated this a 10 was kinda....youknow....wise enough to rate it a 10. But I was so wrooong. I need a shoulder to cry on, because I actually spent 1 day reading this.

If Ayase was a girl (and he might as well be...) and this were some sort of wierd hentai manga of some possessive rich guy with a lolita complex no one would have given this a second glance. But just because the authors decided to make Ayase a guy (somewhat...) and this a yaoi people ignore the obvious defects of the plot/characters and find the situation ...sweet? I don't get it.
Um yeah....

I know a lot of people have already commented on this series, but I feel like it would be good if I put my two cents in: In general, I found this manga very dissapointing.
I mean, I can't really say I hate it, I ussually don't mind rape= love stories if they are really well developed (Thinking along the lines of the shoujo Sensei no Okiniiri), but I just thought this was pretty annoying.
Ayase seemed so forgiving, even after the first rape scene. It like it only effected him maybe half a day, tops? The seme (Kanou) was really homely, and not at all sexy. Their character developement was very lacking... I wished it would have developed more, so I may have really liked this story (And drawn Kanou sexy). I guess I woulf just have to say it was trying to be a cute story, but it was very lacking on any realistic behavior (Like Beauty and the Beast for example: Where even though Bella was afraid of the Beast, she learned to love and accept him, before he turned into a prince. In other words, it was not instant, but a realistic )
If you just want semi hetrosexual yaoi porn with graphic sex scenes, and a light fluffy story lines, then go ahead. But I would skip this one if you want it to be anywhere near realistic, and actually sexy.

By all means, pick this manga up, but you'll soon discover if you like it or not.
I love it, but I totally understand why people would hate it. Here are my unadulterated thoughts: Ayase is super cute, and he's so small and fragile. Kanou is my favorite type of seme, and he means well but does ALL the wrong things. Its rather funny. If you take it super seriously, it may be bad. The sex scenes are totally hot. I like the art, though sometimes its wonky. Either way, I do like it.
