This 4koma is kinda boring even if you read the main story, but if you didn't read the main story, you won't understand most of the jokes. So, it's absolutely not worth reading unless you like the main story.
It's a kinda nice addition to the real story, a decently funny re-do of the real story with short stories, sometimes the same as the main story but with twisted details or parts we "didn't get to see"(but didn't really happen either). I really feel like they could've done something much, much better out of this if they had the skills, but it seems they lack the traits of a good comedy author.
Honestly, it wouldn't be worth reading unless the "chapters" were actually just one page each that can be read in about 5-10 seconds each.
