I'm basing my review on reading the first 9 chapters as it seems that is what is available at the moment.
I love stories like this. Stories that make me think of the world in a different light. This story has a lot of tragedy in it and will no doubt cause you to feel sad and pity the characters. I'm not one to read tragic mangas on a normal basis but everyone now and then, one story will intrigue me. I love slice of life mangas because I am able to relate more to the characters more so than other mangas. This manga allows me to view the world in a light where there is fear and darkness. There may be people who think the characters as odd, but if you are able to translate what they have been through, you can understand their thoughts and actions. This is why I love reading mangas/stories other than what I know in this world. It allows me to understand why people behave the way they do... and understand that it's not to create enemies, but more so to protect themselves. I feel like I'm being too deep with this review but I love this manga. I am able to escape my regular comedic mangas and enjoy someone else's life.
