I read this back in middle school and....now that I'm in college and rereading this....I cant believe I thought it was good.
One thing people will notice is the age difference between the two as that will obviously break or make this story for people who watch it.
Its in chpt 11 where its states that there is 6 year age gap between the two.
Tsukasa was in his last year of elementary school in the beginning thus, he is 11-12. Haruka would be 17-18 respectively.
(He is 12 by chpt 10 - in the summer - while Haruka turns 18, in chpt 14, next year spring.)
He leaves sometime in spring at the end. So he is hitting 13 later in that year.
Then there is a 2 1/2 year timeskip from when he leaves. So she is now 20, and about to turn 21, while he is 15 and about to be 16 soon.
So basically, it's a highschooler dating a elementary/middle school student for majority of the manga and then a college student dating a higshchooler at the end.
As for the story and characters...
The girl is dumb, naive, and always getting pushed around and the boy is a straight up perv, constantly harassing/groping her(even in her sleep😐), and is always disrespecting her boundaries.
There is not even a clear reason why she likes him and he likes her from the beginning. And they started dating only a week after he moved in. From the way things went, it looks like she only liked him because he groped her and he's cute. And it looks like he like her because...he's just a horny boy and she is...nice? Honestly, I'm not sure, he didn't even know her before he even moved in.
The art style is what some would consider old now but it's not bad. Their relationship is...well it doesn't really make any progress or real development until the very end where the kid makes the good decision to leave and mature while he works so he wont pull the bs he's done throughout majority of the manga. Dont know if that will help but whatever. It would be a more better and cuter manga if the boy wasnt such a perv and she wasn't so naive and had more of a back bone.
Also, looks like the author kept getting questions on if she likes younger guys(no surprise there; I'm surprised that she said she was surprised to get so many questions like that) to which she said: "it doesnt matter whether the guy is older or younger than me. I do prefer guys with slightly childish character. If only Tsukasa grows up and becomes an adult that would be wonderful. That's what I always imagine while I'm drawing."
🤨uhhh well...make of that what you will.
