Part short story anthology, part artbook/miscellaneous work collection, this is the sort of book I wish would get translated more often. (Yen Press's volume is in glorious hardcover!)
The first half of A&S contains a number of short stories, some silly, some serious, all very thoughtful. In the second half are some full page drawings for magazines, small drawings for bookstore advertisements, reproductions of the booklets that were given out at Mori's autograph signings, and several pages about "Things Mori Likes." (Six pages about corsets! Five pages about fireplaces!)
The artwork is always gorgeous, and the translation and lettering are quality. Money well spent.
