I liked the plot and the characters. But everything was rushed and really wanted to like it but I couldn't. I felt so pissed off because everything felt like a mess. I wish they could rewrite the whole thing properly. T_T
The overall story is quite good if you are willing to overlook the logical fallacies here and there. And these fallacies becomes more apparent in the second season.

The special class is created to protect people who wondered into Layers by accident. But the only way to go to Layer is by "Transfer" which is an extremly rare talent. Why would anyone spent so much money and effort to create an organization to find a person who may or may not have stumbled into Layers only once in a blue moon.
Also these people working for the organization expresses their discontent near the end of the second season. It does not make sense why they would enslave themselves in the first place when they have gained so much power in Layers.

There's no summary yet, so I'll make a brief one of the first 8 chapters. Layers is an alternate dimension in reality where there are no people. Occasionally, people transfer there and get eaten by monsters. Some people have powers that they can transfer into Layers and use various poltergeist abilities. However, this ability only occurs in kids. Once they reach adulthood, they lose this ability.This story appears to focus on a pair of special siblings who suddenly find themselves in the Layers dimension, and how one or both of them get recruited in the fight against the monsters.
This series shows a lot of promise, and I’m expecting a lot of action from it. The artwork is really good, but sometimes the coloring looks like water colors w/ the washed out look. But I guess the washed out color look fits w/ the other dimension. Overall, the plot, the characters, and the artwork is worthy of keeping an eye on.
