8 Volumes (Complete)

Nose bleeding head over heels in love boy who is an all powerful mage. Big busted easy girl who is an all powerful weapon. If the art was a little bit different---say they were less chibi and more realistic---this would be every shonen manga ever made.
The two leads are cute. But all chibi is cute. Still waiting for their characters to develop as of chapter 5.
Honestly, this seems like the best new manga WSJ's had in a while although I can't definitively prove that until there's more chapters scanlated. The art is good and the story could be considered typical although it seems romance might be a part of the manga a lot more than in other shonen mangas which might alienate the typical WSJ reader who is more interested in action than love.
its really touching this manga, i really like it... i wonder if i would fall in love if i was starving to dead in the streets and a girl my age gave me something to eat... O.o... i hope that this manga gets lots and lots of chapters so i can enjoy a sweet fantasy romance manga =O
I agree with Leos Klein.
I read the released chapters and I felt as if it was rushed and the mangaka kind of shoved the story in your face. Also, the main character guy Shion looks like an underage druggie, though his personality is pretty unique for a main character in JUMP. The girl kind of reminds of a typical shoujo character though. And like most series like this, it'll probably become repetitive and boring. That's just my opinion so far, it may change later on but first impression is everything.
Most people are excited about something new and cool but once you see past all that it's the same old, same old you always see Shounen Jump pumping out.
If you're the kind of person who always gets giddy after readying something new like this that has been hyped up then you will like it. If you look at things with a studious eye and research before you read then you will see this for what it is(average) and most likely pass it up.
How could I put it in words, it's really cute xD
Enma's sure cute, love her xD. I also like the way shion blush and get nosebleed, so pure. Such an innocent love ^^
The storyline is interesting and funny ^^
Btw, this's WSJ's manga after all, so I worry a bit :"(. 'Coz some manga I like in WSJ were canceled very easily ;___;
well the first chapter quite promising, with fresh idea of magic and romance mmm...
there are some interesting part that can turn into flaw at the story mmm...
1st, the main hero is a bit too strong just at the first chapter mmm...
the main chara said to be one of the strongest magician, while usually WSJ heroes start from being "a bit normal but strong" and grow with time, but we still don't really know his true strength mmm...
2nd, there is already a marriage at the first chapter, so the romance will be packed in someway new in WSJ (as far as i know), but it can also hard to be expanded by the mangaka mmm...
so, for now i give it 9/10 (it's normal-good for me) mmm...
Just check this out after it was scanlated and this was quite good.
I'm not so certain how much of the romance will be shown, but I'll put my reservation aside for the moment. The story and the art style is quite good for a shonen manga, and the male lead isn't the usual cliche protagonist (some goes for the female lead). Haven't seen much actions, though, but hopeful this manga could find some balance between this and the romance bit.
So far, it got off to a good start, and for its sake, doesn't fall flat like the series of last year.
i fell completely in love with this story as soon as i read it
the action and art or very shounen like. This plot is good it leaves alot of opportunities for comedy adventure and great characters.
What i like the most is that romance will not take a back seat in this story as it does in many shounen it has a very sincere shoujo-ish feel.
Shion is a great male lead who is not stoic nor an idiot, he is talented, brave, devoted and harworking. also how emaberressed he gets is super cute.
Emma is pretty cheerful and innocent. she has a clumsy or ditzy feel to her. she is the kind of person who would sacrifice everything for the people they loved.
it's shaping up to be a really great read i can't wait for the rest.
*edit the layout of the battle scenes is really wacky and all over the place. also magic can do anything here so the powers and villains are super random. anyway the earnest romance still makes ti worth reading.
*second edit the whole dynamic of the family and all the characters is so cute i love it again
