Solid read, awesome story. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy and cute manga with beautiful clothes and art. It was educational about tea and the romance is cute if shallow. The way it handles and resolves isekai is original and respectful, I found it very refreshing and empathetic. The servants are handled really well in this story and the author fleshed out the household and business operations really well.
But there are some issues:
The MC has no flaws and the antagonists are resolved too easily. Unfortunately, tea cannot solve sexism, cultural prejudice and class division. The historical aspect of corsetry as portrayed in the manga is incorrect, as most women did not participate in tight lacing, but that is the case with a lot of fiction. I have issues with how magic was introduced and used. Overall, characters are flat and one dimensional.
8/10 for the first half, 6/10 for the 2nd half.

So I'm posting this after reading the ending of the main story ch 128. In all, this is a cute story. The main couple is cute, the villains are delt with swiftly and the art is relatively easy on the eye.

It gets a meh for me since as others have noted, it solves everything with tea. Even Brits would agree that the tea obsession is a bit much. That said it doesn't go off the rails with the fl being too op and having a ridiculous amount of knowledge on everything (though her advance knowledge of tea processing is a lil sus) like say Iris with a Smartphone. She likes tea and she's nice.

The late to mid developments regarding how she was isekaid were handled great and I love that it gave an actual conclusion on that.

In all a good completed Isekai series to read if you are bored and looking for fluff. This got me, a soda drinking American, to get into tea and I feel better for it. And that's the tea sis.

Its just not my cup of tea

I feel this story is way longer than it needs to be. The story was fine, its simple and never forgets that its a story about a woman who loves tea. The art is nice, not really my style, but clean and nice. Many of the characters fall flat, never really becoming important to me. There is no meaningful conflict, just staged obstacles created so the protagonist can overcome them.

Overall the story was ok, I got bored of it 50 chapters in and I'm not fully sure why. I feel a lot of what is happening in chapter 50 has already happened, or could have easily been slipped into the 30 or 40 chapter mark. I wouldn't tell someone not to read this though, I probably just lost interest in it because it isn't my cup of tea.

Tea is ok for me but this manhwa has constantly made me doubt myself, "do you really not love tea?" it's just freaking adorable how her eyes light up when the topic is tea, forget the ML just start a shop or something.

If you ever find yourself unmotivated about your passion (writing/art etc.) take time to read this so you can see the "you" when your face lights up because you are so excited about something.

It's TEA-ring me apart.

I like tea, and it's really nice to have a story introducing it like that.
That's the best part.

Everything else is... "meh".

It's the usual "mix and mash" western culture seen by an eastern person. It's ok, I got used to it, I don't sigh as much as before.
One detail that keep bugging me in stories like this is that modern cravate is from early 1900, so no, in 1765, it didn't exist.
No, guards din't go everywhere in armor (don't even talk about authenticism about it) ; no, servants didn't look like maids from a maid cafe ; etc.
(While I'm talking about guards, if the Duke and Duchess go in town, they would have at least a few guards with them.)

Another thing bugging me is the typical asian reaction to a kiss, like "Oh no, not in front of everybody". -_-'

And lots of anachronisms : tea-party (when they don't drink tea), vitamin (and no one care about it), etc.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
At first, it was nice to see her building her reputation and fighting againt bullying, but the "eveything can be done with tea" is a bit... toot much ?
And, everything else is skipped :
- Need a tea store ? Here it is !
- Need tea from the other side of the globe ? Here it is !
- Need to dismantle a drug network ? Here it is !
I know that "tea" and "romance" are the main themes, but skipping everything else like "ok, it's done" seems too lazy.

a bland but pretty manwha

UPDATE: it's been a month since I've last read this series, and I've already forgotten most of the chapters...

This series unfortunately doesn't have the writing prowess to back up the business-focused plot. A lot of the details regarding politics and accounting are replaced with empty speech bubbles to indicate a conversation. That's lazy writing. I actually would've enjoyed seeing the conversation play out so I know why the characters feel more affinity towards each other. This series feels juvenile since the dialogue keeps telling us how to feel about a scene....but there's no substance to back it up. I think the author forgot the phrase "show don't tell."

To be fair, this problem is common in the aristocratic isekai subgenre.

The series is really pretty, calming, and cute otherwise. Overall, it's an easy and nice read.

Pleasant read

Its a typical isekai story with the "new"FL being a better version of the previous body owner. The author is probably a tea enthusiast- I really liked how some of the different brewing processes were shown. I also did not know that tea and coffee cups were different (!!!!) so that was some good general knowledge to know.
My one big issue here is that EVERYONE seems to like the tea she makes also the same characters will like ANY tea she makes. My family and I tea tea drinkers as well and I can tell you that even if we like tea in the general sense, it does not mean that we like ALL types of tea. Some might like herbal teas while others might like black tea over green tea etc etc. It would be more interesting if the author showed how the Duchess solves such problems...
Anyway, I guess the idea is to have a pleasant time reading it so the story and art does the job. Worth reading if you don't mind everyone (minus the villains of course) liking/loving our duchess...

The story is pretty simple and straightforward, with some dramas here and there to spice things up a bit. Just don't expect overarching plot and mind-blowing twists.

Learn about tea but hmm

Started reading this in 2020 but I haven't read this for a few month since I caught up (as I had other better things to read and anime/drama to watch).
I love tea, any kind and I admit its quite interesting to learn that many tea have specific brewing process to get the best flavour, and I don't mind the art, its clean and quite nice for this manwha.
In terms of story and characters, I thought it started quite good, strong FL... at first who tries to make the original person a better and stronger person with TEA. But as other reviewers noticed, the plot gets weak with clichés, no real strong characters. And because the Duke and Duchess are billionaires, they can easily open shops and buy sooooo many ingredients/tea easily... just gets too boring. Another thing is the Duke kinda pisses me off. Like give the FL some space, no need to keep forcing a kiss out of nowhere every time and kinda embarrass her in public, geeze.

Anyway, if you like tea and want to learn? - Have a read
Want a good plot and strong characters? - Avoid

Story in a nutshell (not really a spoiler)

Would you like to become enlightened by tea by having some kind of tea from the country well known for its tea, in our teahouse, where afternoon tea is served in a tea set, which consists of a teapot in which you brew tea leaves to get the all possible purpose tea, and a tea cup made specialy wide so you could smell the tea aroma better and see the tea color better, and be even more impressed by how incredible the tea is, so that you could see, that the tea snacks you would usually never eat would become something even your country's emeror would eat while drinking tea served in a tea cup.... and then have even more tea?

But I like it, the art is nice, the story is very easy, even the depressing parts are not depressing, cause they don't last more than one chapter. It's a very easy read, and kinda informative. I am even considering reading the story from the beggining just to count how many times I read the word "tea".
