What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Description
Alex hates hearing that she gets preferential treatment as the daughter of the CEO of a top department store, so works harder than anyone else. She is incensed by Jack, the rep of an ad agency who scuffily dressed, visits regarding a new ad and has the nerve to try to seduce Alex! There is no way this kinda guy can work properly...but seeing Jack's presentation the next day, Alex can't take her eyes off him...

There wasn't really very much to this one volume story. I felt less invested in the characters than I do with some single chapter stories! The art's decent, but nothing to write home about. The romance is lackluster. The plot's minimal. I wouldn't really recommend this, although if the subject matter seems up your alley, I wouldn't say it's a complete waste, either.
