Description

Max, a now-former captain of the Royal Knights, went on the quest to slay the great monster Medusa. Unfortunately for Max, it ended in great failure, and he ended up being turned to stone. At first, everyone celebrated his great sacrifice, and his statue was placed in the center of the town square. However, after just one week, the town was ready to throw him away. That’s when Eden, an Elf from the mountains, steps in and decides to care for the frozen Max. Eden had always been cold and aloof to him, so what exactly are his intentions with this unexpected kindness…?

A funny struggle in the beginning, but develops into something more

I think in the beginning it reads almost like a crack fic? You don't take too much seriously, and there's a lot of focus on gags, jokes, and bits.

But what unfolds (over quite a bit of time) is a Love Story between two extremely insecure, immature, complicated, love sick, naive men/boys. This is not giving extreme drama, and you really have to go into it knowing that. There's a lot of miscommunication, a lot of back and forth, self-absorption, and going in circles to the point where sometimes it feels a little frustrating. But the bestie and the little sister were the voices of the readers (you,) I would say. Comical self-awareness, the story knows it's not serious, the story knows it doesn't make sense, and it doesn't have to!

There is a solid story component with Medusa. It's not super original but it works here. What really makes up for the super frustrating back and forth, are the side chapters that have the steamy scenes! Those are done really well and actually quite erotic so I would say give it a try if you want something light, long, not too complex, and a steamy payoff. The art is pretty solid, and Eden is really pretty.

R18 scenes in the side stories

I managed to read up to like 3/4 before I got tired of the main story orz.

It's kinda generic setting inspired by fantasy and some greek myths along with elves living with humans sometimes. I feel like they were p much in love in a few days so everything up to the ending is readable even if I didn't finish the main one. I admit the art started out ok but started looking a bit wobbly in the action and p much later chapters. It was p funny for random moments so it's not a super serious BL.

The main attraction is that that couple is vers/switch so it's a mix of different scenes and it's super rare to see such a couple in BL forget like webtoons. The top is pretty much a green flag and he was willing to slow down if he made the bottom uncomfortable which is always sweet.

This is such a funny webtoon and I love the knight and elf couple. The side stories are so cute and funny. Both of them are so cute...I just........if you love comedy and a wholesome non-toxic relationship then definitely a must read. The art is nice too (it may not be perfect but it has its charming points).

This is mostly a webtoon to consume for fun, don't be fooled by the serious looking promotional cover.

This is a gem... really good so far and cracks me up in every chapter. Not your typical cliché story, interesting art and characters but there only a few chapters so far, so I might have some more thoughts in the future. I recommend to give it a try and you'll have a good time.
