MC really is quite beautiful. To the point that I didn't care about how crazy perfect his skills are from the get-go.
The action was perfectly drawn. There was no overly dramatic "aura farming" scenes or posing or some other nonsense. The art was just perfect to go with the quasi-serious tone.
Once the art became standardized around ch 30 the charm wore off. Now that the Gary Stu-ness is front and center without the artist's original, delicate but concise art to take attention away from it, it's become tedious.
I guess, when it sticks to the medical drama, interpersonal relationship issues and hospital politics it's great. I love it.
However, like a typical manhua, there's too many other useless, plotless women attempting to ride MC's dick. Literally and metaphorically. The instant a woman is introduced who's immediately in love with MC?
This becomes shit.
The infatuated nurses are barely tolerable, but at least they're necessary for the setting.
Unfortunately, the author goes out of their way to find aaaaall the most "elite" women and put them in the dumbest, most contrived situations possible to compete for MC's attention. I guess men like watching/reading women be jealous, hateful, conniving bitches with each other, instead of just being normal, for no other reason than having gorgeous women fight over a man being a major male wish fulfillment fantasy. 🙄😒
At least MC is beautiful enough to actually make that make sense. Almost.
The only good female character is the absolutely adorable little doctor who's interested ONLY in stomach issues...which includes the rectal area. She's so innocently gross. I adore her.
Thankfully, she has zero romantic or sexual interest in MC like 99.9% of other women in this. A MAJOR win for me.
I wish she was end game, but I doubt it. It's probably the unbelievably annoying, filthy rich and spoiled brat.
Another minus is, apparently, only incredibly beautiful women of all ages OR basic ass, older men with expanding waists and receding hairlines exist in MC's world. There's no such thing as other good looking young men to threaten MC's Most Eligible Bachelor™ title.🤮
If there are, they're made immediately incompetent or disappear within 2 chapters.
