So far, many of the comments have been something along the lines of how this manga is great or how people have lost interest in this manga or how this manga sucks.
Honestly, how many manga's do you know that can cater to everyone's preferences? This manga is good for people who enjoy reading about 'pure' or 'cutesy' love, befitting many other shoujo mangas.
Currently, this manga is no longer about the comedic rituals that most manga couples go through in order to achieve their love, but rather has changed route towards the more dramatic obstacles, both physical and emotion, that will further affirm their commitment towards each other.
It's in a sense lost that cuteness that drew in much of it's audience, however in exchange it's began to develop more story and character depth. That may be the reason people have begun to lose interest, however in and of itself it's a particular good shoujo manga that's been able to draw in readers from more than just a cute romance.
This manga is far from perfect; this manga has been predictable from the start. Probably the most unpredictable aspect was usui changing schools. However, even with it's imperfection in it's storyline, it's reached a point where I've developed and retained a liking to it.
I honestly didn't expect the comedy to disappear as much as it did, but I'm glad it did. It's no longer a shallow manga that relies solely on it's shoujo characteristics, and for someone like me who get's bored with repetition, I enjoy it.
Like I said before, this manga is far from perfect, which is why I rated this an 8/10, bordering on a 7/10. However, this scale is only based on it's pre-school switch arc. I can't accurately assess a manga's worth whilst it's still in production.
