Great concept and sexy artwork

I really wanted to like this story more than I actually did. It’s not that I didn’t like it but there was a lot of details in the story that were brought up once and then never mentioned again that seemed interesting.

Then there’s rape scenes that were very detailed that to be honest didn’t really add to the plot and only seem to be put in for the smut value…but we could have been provided more detail on side characters in addition to consensual smut with the main or side couple? Depending on the type of story I’m prepared for noncon but here I didn’t see the value in having as much of it as we did.

Like the story in general the ending was missing substance and was not polished. It’s a good in between read that had the potential to be much more so don’t get your hopes up with this one and expect too much.

The main couple is very good, artstyle is awesome, I had really high hopes for this series, but... those rape scenes with the previous owner could have been avoided....it doesn't add anything to the plot... gosh... it's disgusting and truly disappointing, instead of providing more details to the story and make a proper one...authors just add more toxic sex, such scenes destroy the series, added just to be added, for more smut... people usually misinterpret the yaoi genre as a clear porno, satisfied as long as there's a sex scene, no, story and consistency are important too, and let's be clear, rape is wrong...no matter what its ending will be... so typical in BL lately, surprisingly mostly female authors have this rape fetish...and drawn with such details...

I'm not sure how the story was meant to be received like it wanted to be romcom but there were tons of non-con scenes for no reason too which ruined the overall positive mood. I do give the creator some slack since this seems like their first manwha but I'm like definitely Choices Were made and they were strange.

I like incubus x human plots so I'm fine with not being 100% original but moments I'm like why is the MC so rude to the LI and the LI just completely forgetting how poorly he was treated like 5 min ago? What is this negative chemistry then with the entire kidnapping plot making it so much worse?

I feel like 25 ch was both really short despite other series wrapping up sooner like there are so many odd plot holes and threads there weren't resolved. I figured it would be fluffy but it ended up somewhat a downer story so YMMV.

Finally, I kept thinking Why was the demon so weak in the human world with reg humans? I don't understand.
