Description

It wasn't bad, read it in between waiting in the car so kinda scattered, the story wasn't bad but there just wasn't much to it, short, not a lot of depth, they added a love rival at the end (just to have something more interesting I suppose?) and then it just ended, it didn't say what waited them in the future, like marriage, job, kids..., some side/after stories would have helped a lot.

The most annoying thing about it was the names, I mean the FL is called Sung-Eun and the ML is Eun-Sung, like could you f**ng distinguish them a bit more dammit ? it might be where the 1 plus 1 name comes from, I think Koreans like that sort of sht for some reason, maybe they think it means they're fated, while I just think it's stupid and unimaginative, anyway, I don't really recommend it.

I did enjoy this at first but the FL started to really irritate me, she ends up acting so childishly about her feelings towards the ML

Fun read, could've gone a little longer

This one has a good cast of really charming characters, especially the FL. I especially like how upfront she is about her feelings since that seems so rare in a genre where a character can spend 80 chapters denying something everybody else has already figured out. I even would've liked 20 more chapters of fluff and side character stuff. A surprisingly mature take on a pretty average type of relationship.

It’s a sweet story! Felt like some loose ends weren’t totally tied up (ML’s family stuff), but the ending was otherwise very fitting.

I thought the last chapter had so many cute (and funny) panels, and I’m glad it ended on such a light-hearted note.

Relatable characters with realistic flaws

I really enjoyed this webtoon, more than I thought I would! What made me love the series the most was the female lead. She was introverted and anxious but still full of personality, very strong, and also embarrassingly relatable. Both the female and male lead were also multidimensional in that they had character flaws but also thought deeply about who they were as people and their mistakes (at first I thought the male lead sucked, but he gets a lot less sucky). There is a lot of internal narrative and reflection balanced with light-hearted goofy humor and it honestly cracked me up to the point of tears a couple times. And to top it off, it has a good message about maintaining healthy relationships along with individuality and independence which is pretty rare to see expressed in romcoms. However, the ending was pretty rushed, which made for poor pacing as a whole, but not so much it made it unsatisfying or unenjoyable. I definitely recommend it if you like light-hearted rom-coms with introspective characters!

This webtoon is a fun read but there was a lot of secondhand embarrassment, I didn't know how I managed to finish reading this. Overall, some would probably find the characters relatable especially if you

experienced being in a friendzone or being with someone you see as more than friends

I like the art style of this manga, reminds me of "oh holy", but for me the development between the characther is a bit rushed. The drama wasn't that overblown. But there are several redundant side character that was there but wasn't very influential to the story line, the author could at least make a light drama for it but maybe the time wasnt enough. overall a light read
