This is one of my favourite manga of all time. The plot is awesome. The only major difference between the anime & the manga is how different the endings are. They're only slightly different though, so that's not a thing to worry about. I loved both the anime & the manga though. ^^ This manga is definitely worth the read. ^^
Another manga that just keeps getting better and better as you read on.
Fantastic plot, great artwork, extremely lovable characters, this manga has got it all. The pacing is just fine, never rushing things but never dragging the plot either.
If I had to come up with one thing to gripe about this manga, that would be that I really want to see more of these characters. At only 8 volumes the story is rather short, and it left me wanting to hear more about Rosette and Chrno (who might just have the most inpronunceable name ever). The side characters are also rather nice, so I wouldn't have minded some of those chapters (so common in other mangas) that don't move the plot forwards, but just let you enjoy the characters. But this isn't really something to criticize, is it? That a story gets you to love its protagonists and makes you desire to see more of them is a very commendable thing.
In short, if you like action, fantasy, romance, and have a penchant for bitter-sweet tales, this manga is for you.

This is a manga to read to any adventure/fantasy fan, the plot line is simply amazing, the art is above average, in any case this manga is a must read!
A really enjoyable read, and highly recommended.
it's ok i guess....the art isn't really unique or beautiful, and if you've watched the anime like i did, you'll probably be pretty disappointed at the art, but i think that the plot would be a refreshing change from the anime and all the fanfic i've read about this wonderful story ^^

It comes out slow? The entire series has already been officially released in english.
A really enjoyable read. Liked the premise of having a gun totting sister who kicks some serious butt :P
Unfortunately most scanlations for this series has stopped and the official english version comes out so freakin slow!!!

This manga is really good if ou haven't read it you should i was a little skepatcle at first but i fell in love with it. To bad i only read up to vol 5
