Absolutely amazing, everything i like in a manga, the characters are good, the plot is much better than the typical fighting manga, it is as realistic as a manga gets and the technical notes about the fights are really cool, this is the height of seinen manga

I mean, the characters are so touching...at first it was awkward and all, but it's one of those in which you can't stop reading...and at the end it's like: men, he didn't need a bunch of chapters to get to an answer...it has answers and questions, and ...he the mangaka doesn't drag it...he just..i'm a girl and I want to fight!

It's an exciting, edge of the seat, action packed manga. The fights are realistic, well made. And the plot is just awesome.

the 10 rating isn't fair for this manga, it deserves more....

Starts off great and gives in to typical battle manga aspects pretty quickly, but it still remains its own; it's a thrilling and powerful read. I only wasn't 100% content with the ending, but it's still decent closure. Reccomended.

This manga is definitely one of the best action manga's i have ever read. The character development in this manga is just one of a kind. Makes you love all the characters in the series. Fights are very detailed and interesting, and the author is some super knowledgeable guy in martial arts and street fighting (Kinda weird though lol) All in all this is a must read manga for any action manga fan. Honestly gets your blood pumping.

P.S Narration for the fights are just . . . . WOW

I got a bit bored when I first read this a few years ago. The first few volumes have quite a bit of exposition about martial arts and such. The info dumps kinda slow the series down. But get past that and this series is excellent. It's not a typical martial arts manga as it's also about a group of damaged people who try to find their 'holyland' so they can recover from the traumas of their past and existential ennui.

Really, this series is excellent.

what can i say except wow its great the character development to the intrigue, the only really big fault i can find in the series is that it is´nt longer, cause i really wanna know what happens next. until now i only had 3 series i had ever given 9 to and now its four and i am wondering if it should´nt be higher.

tho i don't fight like a street fighter and i'm not a fighter anyway, unless someone started it i'll fight back,
but i can understand Yuu feelings, especially the parents pressure <- hate this the most

A great manga that is more than just fighting. I think people who can not understand that will have a hard time enjoying this story. Read it, I am sure there is at least one thing you can learn from it.
