This one is quite amusing. I'm glad I hadn't bothered to read the summary before I read it, because the summary that was provided gave everything away. (Fortunately, that is no longer true on this site.) The plot-twist is from

prosopagnosia, an actual cognitive disability in which one's ability to recognize faces is impaired, thus its other name "face blindness" (see Wikipedia for details). Thankfully, the plot-twist does not come from nowhere; if you are an observant reader, you'll have an inkling of what is going on before all is revealed.

the twist is the face blindness, so im pretty miffed that the summary spoiled the story for me. it is the usual hilarious comedy by kumeta sensei, and i love them, but i really think not knowing the twist will make the manga better by a tenfold.

That's one of the memorable lines from the story that the protagonist keeps chanting at one point when he feels frustrated with his inability to see this magical girl who JUST about EVERYONE seems to know of but he can never quite catch a hold of her.

Art is very... cartoon-like? It's not attempting to look human or have a particular style, it probably looks like the kind of style you're accustomed to with Persepolis or something.

Story is OK, but characters and dialogue and comedy is top notch stuff in this. Every panel is laced with hilarious situations and the protagonist making a fool of himself deliberately coz he's so dismayed with his powerless state. Definite must read!
