The "lachet" or whatever that the cards are called in this world. Not all of them are stolen A.I. art but the ones that are clearly made by A.I. are unmistakable. They're not even trying to hide it.
FL doesn't know that the ocean can look beautiful despite transmigrating from S. Korea, a country that's surrounded on 3 sides by the ocean?
Wtf. Doesn't add up.
The first few chapters before the white dragon showed up was AMAZING. FL cheerfully and smartly kicked ass. Then it all went to shit. -_-
I don't understand the concept of "sinner" here. (Or anywhere, actually. I'm from a Buddhist country, culture and family. Buddhism is the state religion and something like 96% of the population is Buddhist so...yeah, wtf even is "sin"?)
So, the white dragon constantly refers to the FL as a "sinner" for going back in time against her will. How is she "sinning" when she has zero choices in what's happening? When she hasn't done anything but literally exist? Does that mean FL existing in the past, before she was even born, is somehow her fault?
What kind of nonsense is that? Hell, she's helping the white dragon fix the "broken reality" by finding these "latchets" even though she technically does not have to do that.
More importantly why is the FL going along with this smear campaign? Nowhere does she point out that she hasn't done anything wrong to this annoying, overgrown lizard. Her mother, frankly, hasn't done anything wrong either...unless loving and protecting her child is now a sin, too.
Anyway, all of that has already primed me to severely dislike this manhwa. As I continue I don't see my negative opinion changing. That sucks. This was a good story idea that's very poorly plotted and has worse world building.
Ch 39 is my breaking point. This FL is DUMB and this story is frustrating. Literally no one, except maybe the spoiled and abusive bitch magic thief in the first few chapters, is adequately punished in this. She's now being investigated for the crime of impersonating a rare kind of magician. What's the punishment? Is she even found guilty consider she's a Duke's daughter? No idea. We never get to see it.
This is the pattern. If they are punished we get told about it in basically one panel of a chapter. Maybe 5 sentences. We never see the punishment. FL is a doormat. There's zero payoff. There's no catharsis.
In another case it's
already proven that the weird, fake wanna-be father who popped out of nowhere is able to get past her secret guards. So, what does she do?
Why, meet up with him again! Of course! As expected he's able tp physically grab her.
Even worse, knowing that she's relatively powerless she keeps going into lachet-related situations ON PURPOSE. Without her magic staff/wand thing.
And then she has the audacity to be like, "oopsie! I forgot! Teehee!"
Oh, and she conveniently finds hints to push her Master into solving how to create a magical DNA test so this latest plot development is unsatisfactorily wrapped up.🙄😒
LMFAO - this is such a bizarre mishmash of otome isekai game mechanics, magical girls and Card Captor Sakura.
Dropped at ch 42 because FL's IQ is non-existent...
and how is letting a murderous, scheming asshole (who constantly tries to kill FL and her master!) live on for eternity a punishment?
As the youths say these days: be so for fucking real right now.
