A series of related stories about (a lot of) middle and high school students as they discover their hatsukoi (first love).
4 Volumes (Complete)

It's okay certainly readable but like previous comments the mangaka tries to introduce too many characters too fast. I had a hard time keeping track of who had a crush on who etc. Ichigo 100% was better but this is still alright.
I admit i have a hig expectation when first time read it, but after i read it, it just nice overall manga. I look foward for his new project and i hope she will made a new legendary manga like ichigo 100%
It's really noticable that this is a shounen manga.. All males are ugly/plain, all girls are really cute. And they fall in love with eachother no matter how horrible the male is. It's just horrible.
The whole setup of the manga is bad as well, you get 1 story per chapter, then it changes to the next couple. And in total there are what? 5-6 stories going on? It's just too many "main" characters and too messy.
The only thing I can compliment this manga of is it's really cute female chars, nothing else. I couldn't read further than chapter 10, it was just so utterly boring.
The comedy here sucks pretty bad, not fun at all. The romance is not really that impressive and it's annoying like hell that all arcs are spread over 32 chapters and not together. The art is average like the whole manga. If you are into romance
and there is no other manga you want to read you can take a look.
Ever read Salad Days by Inokuma Shinobu?
HL is somewhat similar to it; except Salad Days is more "one-shot"y, and provides a conclusionary end per arc.
Now, this here Hatsukoi Limited is NOT what you'd really call a collection of one-shots, as you don't get a conclusive ending per chapter; in fact, in later chapters, it becomes apparent that HL is definitely a series, where there is progression in each existing relationship (although, so far, some relationships have yet to progress).
However, it shares a similar trait with Salad Days: romance of different sorts in a single environment. In fact, Kawashita Mizuki takes a step further by making every featured character connected with each other in one way or another, add the fact that love triangles root from this so called connection.
This is a fresh choice for romance-seekers out there. Me? I'll give this a ten since THIS IS my cup of coffee.
I hate this mangaka, she uses love triangles to advance her plots and keep readers interested. As i was reading this one i realized that the two major relationships have love triangles. I guess if your interested in that then read on otherwise you'll probably be better off reading good mangas
Well, no wonder that it seems to be liked so much that it would get animated sooner or later..
The story has the usual plots that most youths that get into these kinds of situations. Relationships aren't always as easy as it seems and even though it might start out funny at times, it all goes serious with the tone later on.
Has comedy which adds to interest aside from the romance and the school life setting.
The story is also well given as each character is given their scenarios as well as related with each other.
If ever an animated version does come up, I wouldn't hesitate to watch it. (^_^ )
It was interesting to have a huge variety of characters but in the end it was too short to really satisfy compared to his previous work. If it was MUCH longer that 32 chapters it could have been good.
After 4 chapters I don't think there will be a main romance plot in this one.
While the main characters in each chapter know the characters of the other chapters (classmates, childhood friends and such) and the many onesided romance interest make the connections very entangled it seems there is no continuation of the previous stories in the later chapters except for some little comments.
Each story is quite good on its own. Naturally, there can be no deep, developped relationship in only one chapter, but its amusing.
The first 4 chapters i found it pretty interesting. There doesn't seem to be a main central character. Hopefully in the next few chapters i can see which ones will be support and which one will take over... like the other's said the art is A+. I give it temporary score atm until more things came up
