I'm only here for ML at this point. I can not stand characters like Eve, who are thoughtlessly gung-ho about shit they have no real world experience with and, you know what? That's not a problem. Passion and determination is never a problem.

The problem is that this aptly nicknamed Acorn Brained miss refuses to listen to adults who are giving actual, been-there-done-that-got-the-fucking-PTSD-souvenir for...reasons? No. She's so sheltered/protected by Eiloisa, despite not being of royal or noble blood OR Eiloisa's blood, that she's grown up with her head in the clouds.

The Lady of the Island, Eilosa, isn't even telling Eve not to go be a knight because she's a woman or that she's weak or that she's untalented but that's what Acorn Brain still shrieks as the reason(s) anyway. Eve does not listen.

And judging by what's in the prologue it's likely that this very trait is what will UPDATE: Chapter 07. WTF. I was partially right about Eve. Goddamn it, you spoiled little shit. As of the time skip she seems to have gotten a bit better in this aspect. A little, tiny bit. Yay, (barely) character growth.-_-

One thing that I dislike about a lot of stories when they are ending a season is there is a huge cliff hanger. This one. THANKFULLY does not have that. The romance in it actually feels kinda normal, at least to me it does. There are some things that are unresolved and it's not perfect... The thing I liked the most is that I could stop reading the story right now and not be tormented with what might have happened. That is not to say that there isn't something that is stopping me from reading... There are a lot of loose ends.... BUT if I wanted to stop reading this story right now... I feel happy with where they are at and that is not something a lot of comics do these days.
