It's short and sweet, but not something I'd definitely recommend. Aside from tugging at the readers' heartstrings, this series doesn't have any real characterization or development, especially the male lead who's as bland as a cardboard box. The ending is unsatisfying, as it's very predictable and offers no real closure for the characters.

I would actually like this manga a LOT more if... (possible spoiler)



i know it was suppose to be like sad and romantic, but it would have been a 10/10 if it continued with both of them start going out then get married and eventually have kids and stuff ^_^ im a sucker for that kinda romance >_< but it was still a good read!

Great story. Never thought it was gonna be a tragedy manga when I picked it up. Truly a good short manga that hit the spot.

The story was very touching. It's about true and happy love, but the ending isn't exactly happy. I'm not used to romances without a happy(ier) ending, and this one had a very very sad undertone to it. It really got the message across, and I'm glad it ended where it did instead of continuing what the author's note stated. That would have ruined it, in my opinion. The description gave me no warning, but I should have been prepared after reading "Tragedy" under the genre list. It's a depressing story, but it was very well done.

Nothing special. But still very funny and sweet. Sometimes touching.

Great manga, as expected of the creator of Chokotto Sister. Excellent art, especially the character design and environment. By the way, it's not that tragic. It's actually a very touching story.

this manga was totally ruined by the death. seriously this manga is waayy too short to have death in it and romance, i just can't deal with both emotions at the same time. love-love (gives me warm huggles feeling) but death (gives me severely depressed outlook on life feeling).

i don't really find death comedic, it would have made this manga really good, if the main guy character considered suicide and went through depression, and somehow the other girl helped get through depression and stuff and sparked off some sort of romance.

this is a great story, with nice plot, characters and storyline. art is also very good. this had the potential to be at least another 1 volume longer, to possibly explore the characters and their relationships in a bit more detail. i thought it was rather short, which is why it didn't quite get 10/10, but only 9.5

i liked the series a lot too.. and its definitly gona make some very sensitive people cry, but the ending left a feeling of lonliness. i wish the ending was a bit different, but you can never complain right?

I loved this serires. Even if i thought it coulda gone for another volume, the ending is very touching.
