Ani no Chuukoku: I was worried about it being a collection since it can be hard to fully realize a story like that, but right from the start I was drawn it, it's a really refreshing story. ★★★★☆

CW: Prostitution, turning tricks, taking care of someone who's badly hurt (including bathroom stuff), incest, age gap (12 years)

The Swerve: Omg what a misunderstanding! I love Asada's art. Man, seems like she knows how to make a short story work well, I'm impressed. ★★★★★

Kemushi: Would you still love me if I was a worm? What a special story, and that sense of humor! ★★★★★

Life in the Park: The character designs are so good, too. I wonder if Asada did research on the homeless, this is so accurate. Some want to have a home but some are homeless by choice for their own reasons. ★★★★☆

Nami no Oto ga Kikoeru: This one was a little harder to get into and is my least favorite but it's still good. ★★★☆☆

CW: MC is a gore writer, the first first few pages depict and talk about one of his novels.

Ani no Kokuhaku & My Home: Continuation of the first story, yay! It wasn't really a conclusion, just a continuation with some implications of where it could go but still good. :) ★★★★☆

Asada said there was more material she wanted to draw and she'd put it up on the web or something, I wonder if she ever did...

I wish there was more of the story about the brothers. I would do anything to read more. Devastating. But all of the stories are really good! And even though there are only a few chapters of my favorite story, it still somehow feels complete. All of the characters and stories are super multidimensional. Very masterful work.

"Kemushi (Hairy Caterpillar)" is a romance comedy with fantasy elements. I found the story stands out among these collection of stories. It's silly and fun to read. Even the main characters are somehow relatable.

Really fulfilling oneshots!

They were all pretty good; there were some I wouldn't even consider yaoi. Sensei manged to squeeze so much of the characters into one story it felt like each story was more than 1 chapter. With that said, I still wish some of them had continuations, including the title story, there is so much potential for a full tankoban.

This collection really is something. not your typical type of BL. The third story really made me laugh a lot, not everyday you fall in love with a

hairy caterpillar .
The brother's story was also good, I really liked the looks of the younger brother.

This is a rather unique & realistic take on incest, where a situation of a brother being temporarily paralyzed & thd other becoming his caretaker puts them both in an uncomfortable position of constsnt sexual tension for several weeks, & neither want to stop having a normsl sibling relationship.

These are among some of the most bizarre stories in a BL collection that I've read, and at the same time none of them resorted to shock value that's too graphic or violent to stomach (the first one has some violence in it but that's no where near the worst I've seen). So kudos to the mangaka for coming up with such unique and quirky plots. Now whether or not I like them is a different matter. And if I have to be honest, only the first and last stories managed to pique my interest. The rest, not so much. So this is still pretty much a mixed bag for me. Hopefully next time there'll be more from the author that's closer to my taste.

VEEERY light shounen ai for the most part. only the brothers story even has any kinda smut mentioned. with the exclusion of that one and the hairy caterpillar (Ch 3) there really wasn't even romance.

i have 2 things to say about this manga :
1 - if you're looking for smut - it isn't here (not a bad thing, mind you) to me other then the brothers this read more shounen ai
2 did anyone else think that the main guy in Nami no Oto ga Kikoeru looked like Benny from Black Lagoon lol
