This manga is light-hearted, art is clean and neat, has comedy that can make you giggle, and it contains some smutty scenes.
I've invested my money for 8 volumes... so... what I recommend you is: just buy/read the first 3 volumes. The first 3 volumes make the story interesting and go uphill. I thought that this was by far the best and most interesting of Yoshihara's work, but this thought only stop at the end of volume 3. I would rate Vol. 1- 3 a mark of 9.5/10. From volume 4 to 5, it went to the first stage downhill. Then it further went toward the second stage downhill ownward. Like the commentator "1122shadows" said, "Vacillated between interesting and boring" ---> boring parts come after Volume 3.
Therefore... save the moments of interesting parts (volume 1 - 3) in your heart and skip other volumes since you can already guess its ending by reading the first 3 volumes. Reading beyond Volume 3 can result in disappointment because it (plot) just gets more and more stupid, and not much smutty scenes. I like the side characters such as Suou, Makie and Mikihiko but they don't get much role in later volumes... which sucks out the comedy out of the story. Also, the mangaka just killed the good characterization of the male lead in the later volumes... so it kinda sucks.
Or if you want to proceed beyond volume 3, I suggest you to read til chapter 26, then stop -> just skip other chapters, then imagine the ending.
The ending was kinda rushed... maybe the story could have one or two more volumes to make it interesting. I guess that the let-down (volume 4 onward) was part of Yoshihara's editor's fault. In the sidenote, Yoshihara-sensei did mention that her editor had been changed, and 'this second' editor gave her taglines for gundam-otaku and many stuff in the story... so I don't blame the mangaka but blame on the editor for the letdown. (The mangaka didn't blame on anything, but keeps apologising to the readers in the sidenotes. Anyway, it is I (not the mangaka) who puts the blame on editor for the cause of letdown of the story).
If you want a better and interesting story of the same genre, I recommend Hapi Mari by ENJOUJI Maki sensei
