Description

What else to say when everything has already been said? It goes up to the line of psychological darkness and horror, without crossing it and making it something unbearable. It's just enough, along with the eye pleasing art work. It was a nice simple read, and like others have said, it stays just long enough to make a point. It's not too deep, and the main character is one that is fit for such a story.

I also recommend it!

Quite nice for the length

At just one volume it makes sure not to overstay its' welcome. It gives you a simple, but well delivered story and then exits stage left. There's not a lot of real substance or depth to this, but it is interesting enough so I recommend it.

I download this, thinking I might stop reading after a couple of pages. Boy was I wrong. The horror storyplot with the beautiful artwork made this manga alive. It's my 2nd/3rd time reading a thriller/horror manga, so I'm not an expert at this genre. But for anyone who it wants to try out horror genre, this is the one I'll recommend.

I love this manga! Half a decade after I've left the anime/manga scene almost entirely, and I still like to go back and read this. Storyline is dark without feeling "over-the-top" or angsty, art is very good, and altogether it's just an enjoyable read!

Personally, this manga has become the standard to which I hold other Psychological, Horror, and/or Supernatural comics.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good story- even if they don't particularly like most manga.

Well, I finally read this one. And all in one sitting too.

I'm just amazed. The main character is just this really surprising person. Every chapter that happens, I get a different impression of him. He's fearful. He's angry. He's not vicious. He's violent. And most of all, he's really really guilty.

The whole thing's just really surprising. There's all these loose little tidbits in the whole thing, but for once, the small details don't matter. It's what Yashiro does---his every action---that turns out to be the most important point to this story.

This is one of the best manga i've read and i've read tons of them. The art draws you in and it's as much dirty as it is beautiful. No patterns or very few. The story is astounding, hidden meanings and the main character has a strong will just like he wanted to break the world screaming. And i'm not a fan of horror and sci-fi but this gets a 9.6!

The ending was a bit odd. I think I just didn't like how the last page was done, though. I do think that if there was another page more it would have made a big difference.

The plot was interesting, and, for reasons unknown, occasionally gave me the warm, squishy feeling that one might get when reading a heartwarming story.
The psychological parts and the art seem to be the best aspects, and the supernatural parts were entertaining as well.
If you're looking for something not too heavy or suspenseful, but well-thought out, this is the story to read.

It was an excellent choice and i recomend it to anybody who likes Supernatural or Slice of life. I loved the style of the manga, very dark until he reaches the light ^_^

So much symbolism that you could probably find 1 million different meanings

I have been reading most of Takashi Tsutomu works and they share the common theme about the world and their intentions of evil in the world. Great read, great art and great message.
