One day, fog spread all over the world.
And in the fog,
A monster began to appear.
Do Ha-yeon quietly looked at the man in front of him.
Neatly trimmed black hair, a cold, urban impression.
The suit he was dressed in looked horrifyingly good.
It was exactly what he imagined a few years ago when he would have been in society.
However, in a reality different from what he had imagined, the tip of the muzzle pointed towards his chest.
"Smile."
"You don't even talk to your senior that you haven't seen in a long time."
"Smile, before I shoot."
"Ha-yeon."
Eventually, a slow smile spread across the man's face.... More...

This is a great story set an a dystopian future. I would definitely say this is more of an adventure story with political undertones that happens to have a love story in it. The main focus of the story is finding a cure for the pandemic virus that is in the mist.
There is a MC but their relationship is a slow burn throughout the entire story. The MC play a pivotal role in the story but they don’t become a couple until almost the very end. Only the side stories are mature because we finally see some snu snu action.
There is no second ML. The MCs best friend share a familial brothers bond that the ML is jealous of but he realizes toward the end of the story that he never really had anything to worry about.

There's a lot of conspiracy and hidden motives that can be hard to keep track of, but it was at least clear who was bad and who was good even if you forgot the details of the nefarious plans. There is only kissing in the main series but the side story is R19 for light saber sex
