Ok, I don't know why this manga has gotten such a low rating, it's simply amazing. A very well drawn manga and good story. The best "realistic" vampire story I've read.
Vampires, assassins, vampire assassins, assassin vampires; they kill your friends and steal your women. Dark, stealthy, bloody, full of action, AND I WANT MORE!!!! Oh, don't mind the gay kiss. This isn't yaoi, I assure you. The story's mostly modern, though there's some past-life stuff getting referenced. Overall, this is a good, exciting handling of the vampire genre, with plenty of action, and plumbing of the potential the subject has to offer.
Bad news is, though: Thank Tokyopop for pulling their regular stunt, and only publishing the first half of the series. I only have the first 5 volumes, and don't have the heart to get more because I'm afraid I'll never get a chance to read the rest anyways.
