Skip the first three

The first three chapters were average. The fun starts with the fourth chapter/story. The art takes a dramatic turn and it looks like what one would find in a great josei work. True, this one is of a different genre but it gives off the same depth and beauty as when used in josei. It's more contemplative due to its narrative style compared to the first three. Kisaragi has used this technique well in the last three chapters.

True, the plot for these last three aren't all that original but with Kisaragi's great storytelling and perfect delivery, their true potential are brought out.

If you plan on reading this but have no time to waste, I do suggest you skip the first three chapters.

somehow 'imaginary lovers' fit with the feel of the stories =)

Some of the stories stood out for me (#1, 4, 5 & 6). There is a quiet charm to them & even though the illustrations are not consistently strong, I love the mangaka’s pacing & use of space in them.

I especially like #5. The style of the art is really unique looking.

It's more shounen-ai, but each oneshot is done very well-with characters realizing their feelings. I love how the artwork uses unique & simple lines.
