Description
Bai Wu, an elite special forces soldier, accidentally transmigrates to another world and is cursed with the task of defeating eight devils before returning to his world. The catch? He is now a mage with 99999 defense points and only 1 attack point! In order to lift the curse and return home, Bai Wu resorts to ridiculous tactics of counterattacking all the way until he can complete his quest.

Another author who hasn't realized that mid-introducing a side character who repeatedly thwarts all the well-laid intentions of the MC by accident is rarely funny or interesting. It's an annoyance that drags the entire plot and hinders positive development of the MC.
