The plot does not quite win me over. The art is good though.

Given the case that the girl already has someone else and this "boyfriend" of hers is not some phantom, she is still cheating. Even if her "boyfriend" is far away and the new relationship is just a platonic one. That does not make it right. Anyways, dating an already committed girl will not do the main character any good, too. I mean, she is not really dedicated. Neither to him nor the "other guy".

In a story, you don´t have to like a character. Even when they make horrible decisions that are horrible. Like watching a movie where someone puts a gun to their head. A girl that´s wobbling on cheating, and he wants her knowing that. yet she doesn´t cheat, unless perhaps she´s lying about having a bf in the first place. Maybe they had broken up and she just doesn´t tell him for some reason. god I hope thats what it is. Because the current story has this guy ruining his life for a girl committed to someone else instead of just doing the sensible thing and moving on. Hell, just to annoy they let you know a beauty is right there for the taking if this guy wasn´t so annoying.

ruining his life? so you saying his choices depend on your view whats good or bad for him?Hes not driving a point at her telling he love her so much that he would do anything. He know the situation and he accept it, what he benefit is his values on the side not you said moving on? he did ask her that if either one doesn't like it anymore they both stop and untill he find himself a girlfriend. He isn't making a terrible choice its just life, get with it.

Hell Clues hit the nail on the head. I was rolling my eyes at the male lead during the first few panels b/c he seemed so pathetic and the girl isn't much better so far. Another possible love interest has been established (and she's meganekko >.<).

The author and artist are both experts at leaving a bad taste in your mouth (Mon Seul being the most sterling example), but their manga series are usually good for drama junkies; and this manga looks like it would deliver:

This series divided many readers based on the comments and reviews from multiple websites.

It gets heavy after the premise, and becomes a plot with two guys completely and desperately in love with one girl who is conflicted with her feelings and bounces between the two.

It has a good take on why characters end up in affairs and the indecisiveness they feel. Of course, people who completely look down on people involved in affairs will hate this series and should stay away.

for the very first page till the end of volume 3, normally you'll wanting the ending where the girl is with that co-worker.

and suddenly start from vol 4 till the end

you'll end up getting your expectation to be shattered, i hate this ending the most.
call me a faggot or what, but i think the girl is better(no, its best) to end up with the co-worker

I generally hate NTR, but probably for a slightly different reason than others. I loved this one, because even though it is technically NTR, but the feelings involved make it more of a love triangle. It doesn't even matter that in the beginning of the manga she already was going out with her boyfriend for 5 years, it can still be love triangle. Even though it is not exactly romantic, it is about doing everything for the loved ones though.

Also I see many people raging after reading this, but I instead find it bittersweet. I kinda can see why they rage, but I think what they don't understand or don't want to understand is virtue of selflessness. Because certain selfless actions hurt person in question, but you know that is what it take to put other people's happiness over your own, even if you do it the wrong way...

More specifically on selflessness, spoiler ahead:

Yes she broke up with both of them, but only because she couldn't find a way for everyone to be happy.
She even had an affair because she thought about her best friend happiness, even though that best friend had an affair with her boyfriend.

She does those things one sided, she tries not to show her pain, because she wants to help others, but doesn't want others to be forced to help her. Which results in a lot of contradictions because when both want the other to be happy but can't think of any other way then actually breaking up.

Well sure threesome part was weird in some way, but hey I actually liked this unorthodox approach to relationship. And it is truly about both guys trying their best to make her happy. Which is also selfless in it's own way.

I also saw that some people didn't like the ending, but I had them shipped from chapter 1 myself, so I have no problem. Even after seeing the side of her 5 years boyfriend it got only reinforced for me, because he looked more like a guy who took advantage of naive inexperienced girl than actually a love interest. While she actually ends up with the person she truly loves no strings attached and who loves her back in the same way.

Stay away it´s NTR bullshit

I utterly hate this mangaka but i like the art his wife produces so i at least tried to give it a fair chance but you can´t built on salted land and this one and all it´s leading characters can go to hell once again. I will never touch work by Satou Nanki again so watch Nymphomaniac instead. I can recommend Living Game (8,5/10) if you are interested in a good office romance with an edge and Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo (8,5/10) is a fascinating examination of infidelity. None will bother you with double penetration porn so just look at the ratings curve and stay away.

Coming into this manga I thought she would forget about the whole condition and just go have sex with him in the first couple of chapters but I was wrong. Reading this manga you could see how much the main character is in love but at the same time it seems all he wants is sex. It gets to the point were you just want to slap both characters for being idiots in the first place

Banalizing non consensual sex

A person, for whatever reason, is having multiple partners at the same time and is more or less hiding it: NTR is soooo baaaad.

A bunch of persons are constantly harassing another person to get their daily sex fix : no one is mentioning it (e.g. see the categories), let alone complaining about it.
