Unfortunately I missed to read this one first and then Lotus Eater (which is related to this, yet not exactly a sequel), so if you haven't started this then doing so will be a good idea. Anyways, this piece of work was likeable, too. And - As usual, the drawing style of Tenzen was catchy and especially the sharp eyes, got me hooked on it again.
Yes, it is not as strong as other works by the author, but I came to liked the relationship between the rather innocent Shingo and the womanizer Ray. Although the conclusion seemed rushed, but this might be because of the limited space the story had for development. I liked the insecurities Shingo has and later the changes of the viewpoint, which helped to understand the counterpart and his behaviour better.
The onshot was really nice and interesting, because it deals with the painful side relationships can have, if they are build from love triangles or if other peoples feelings are involved. The twist in the storyline, when the names come together and everything becomes clear between the characters, caught me by surprise - and had impact. So, let alone this oneshot, I won't regret reading this Manga.
