Description

At least the art is nice

NARUSAKA Rin's art is consistently let down by her plotlines, and this is especially bad. For the first arc, there's almost zero development of the attraction for either side of the relationship. I know it's there's a length constraint, but she handles the pacing much better in a similarly short number of pages in Zankoku ni Ai o Sasayaite, and even in the second story arc here. Second arc is a standard and utterly forgettable "childhood friends" story but not actively jarring like the first one.

Great art but boring & rushed

The art is very good and I gotta say I love it, but the development of the story is very short.

One day Ryo hates him and treat him like crap and now they're having sex? It took 2 chapters of Ryo mistreating him and in chapter 3 he falls in love with the uke..seriously. Too short and not enough time to build the relation. The uke is pretty cute but the artist overused the scenes where he cries. I understand that he gets frustrated & upset because Ryo is often disappointed in him, but like I said..the overused crying.

The pros: Great art, cute uke & If you're in to possessive / kind of tsundere semes, go for it.

This is very stereotypical. Ryo is a jerk and possessive to the point of abuse. I enjoyed the second couple more, but the whole thing was excessively predictable, unrealistic, and boring. So if you're in to that sort of thing, I guess you'd like it. I expect more personally. The art is decent, but nothing extraordinary, so no points there.

a nice picture for a terrible manga :S really the main story is 3 chapters only,

on top of that the first two chapter are spent of how the main character sucks at show business and how the guy he likes treats him like shit, then suddenly in the third chapter they like each other and are having sex in a matter of 2 pages O_O ...

I enjoyed the stories for what they are, and while I agree and I usually prefer there to be some time for feelings to build up and this was rushed, it is hard to do in only 2 or 3 chapters. There's just not enough pages to let the characters take their time! It's basically the mangaka has to decide to either rush it so she can fit a sex scene in, or not rush it but leave out the sex...
Most yaoi have sex come very quickly, it's just a part of the genre and I wouldn't hate on any manga for doing this.
That said, the art is really good, the characters look attractive and the sex scenes are well done!
I also love the characters, mostly the main pairing because Shinpei is a fun uke and Ryo is just a great seme... not in a caring and loving way but in a way that he is so incredibly possessive, ignorant and immature that it's really cute somehow. Poor Shinpei has to put up with him!
I don't dislike the 2nd couple, but their story was sort of indifferent, so I would have preferred it if the mangaka had taken the 2 chapters to tell more about Ryo and Shinpei instead!
I'm also glad that there's a sequel telling the story of the manager... cause you know, what would a 100% homosexual model house be without a gay manager?!

If you can stand the whole model theme and a SEXY seme that is really self centered (but don't worry, at the same time he's still really sweet - he doesn't hurt his loved one!) and you're up for a nice and lighthearted read then give it a shot!

The first three chapters (main arc) were really good. I loved how their relationship developed. However, the 4th chapter, which was an extra arc of the story, was bad. The seme was too selfish and controlling and the uke was so useless! He was ok with that the seme did, even though it affected him and his future. I didn't like that chapter.

Ahhh, just the kind of story I like!

The seme couldn't be more my type. He's cruel, sarcastic and has a bad temper, even though he's gorgeous and people can't stop being fascinated by him. He's full of himself and acts like a jerk, but he actually just has trouble dealing with people. And, because of that, I love Ryo's reactions when he has to face feelings!
The uke, coincidentally, is my kinda my type, too - and that's rare, since one of them usually isn't my type. He's stubborn, strong-minded and wants to impress the seme. He does cry a little too much, but nothing that isn't justified.

The only thing is, I thought it would be better if Shinpei did try to seduce Ryo when he was pushed down, instead of crying. But well, the way it went down was cute, too

The plot is light, yet angsty. It makes you get that pain in your chest and I love that feeling! Of course, the characters aren't as deep and it's not incredibly original, but it's okay, the first two chapters are promising, perfect and sexy! But then...the third chapters RUINED it. Full of clichés, boring overused dialogues, turn-offs...also, things solved up too fast, it should've taken at least the whole volume. I was really disappointed.

Oh, worth saying that the art is absolutely beautiful. On the first page already, I was mesmerized at how hot Ryo looks. It's one of the manga with the best art I've ever seen.

the drawing is very catchy but the development is too hasty, not enough time was taken for the characters to develop and the relationship as well....if it weren't for the good drawings, I would have rated this 7 flat.
