Yummiest. Lol. But also psychologically fracking up. But yummy yes, and sweet ending! Would love to see a one shot sequel of them in the future! 🙂

- first and foremost, this is not a romance, it’s smut. lots of diverse sex scenes, if that’s what ur searching for. foot kink, like uh vanilla-version of s/m, etc. there’s very little romantic progression between the ml and fl. if you’re searching for more of a pwp kinda vibe, this is it.
- it however was not what i was searching for. i kinda wanted smth spicy but with a definitive plot and structure and a simp ml. yes the ml was a huge simp and ): i love him so bad. my poor sweet boy. he’s so incredibly kind and loving and it makes me so sad he loves the fl. yes he’s a bit of a flat character though
- not a fan of the fl. there was some attempt at character development with her but it’s just… when you stop suspending belief and look at the real world implications, it’s really fucked she, presumably at 26-28, had sex with a 20yo college student/employee to get over her ex and basically fucks him up. which she does end up feeling guilty for. there was also this really weird scene where she’s like super torn up over her ex and threatens ml into sex and it’s just so ick
- needless to say i wasn’t rooting for the relationship. the power dynamics btwn them were mindnumbingly difficult to keep up with. she had way too many problems that she should’ve dealt with on her own instead of seeking out a college student to be her manic pixie dream boy. i really hoped they would break up. (they don’t) and she has a really weird sitch w her ex husband
- art was gorg, the writing like of narration was surprisingly really detailed and lovely. felt like a real exploration of relationships and psyche.

overall: 6/10 it’s a quick josei smut read if ur into it. but i just wasn’t searching for that and though i’m in love w the ml i just cannot approve of that relationship

Surprised to see 0 comments given how good this series is! I've seen and heard people recommending it and giving high reviews/commentary. And it is good -- it's actually more of a romance/drama. Just with a lot of s*x. 😅 LOL. And I mean a LOT -- there are lots of "action" in basically every single chapter. It's quite intense. If that's what you're looking for, you've found the right thing. You won't be disappointed. 😉

But aside from the smex though, it has plot and character development, etc. -- it's not your typical thoughtless smut -- and the art and portrayal is sooo good. So this series is definitely high quality. In this respect, it's a 10/10.

But precisely because it's a romance (and I don't tend to rate romances highly), I got tired of the FL and ML and their relationship pretty quickly. Maybe you like that and you feel differently, but the two of them just annoyed me. For example, rhe ML was so submissive, so completely head over heels for the FL that it made him seem flat with 0 character. Like bruh, can you stop blushing every single panel?

Anyway... For that and various reasons, I docked it down to a 9. Could have went lower but I think I liked it overall (especially the art) enough.
