This is one funny manga.
If you are too uptight, then you might not like it. But it's some crazzy humor.
If you love My Name is Zushio, then you'll love that one too.
And if you love this one but did not read My Name is Zushio, don't hesitate ! Read it too !

Aside from the sports, the humour is well enough to make this series into a cult hit. The drawing style somehow reminds me of Zushio at times, and the comedy is very similar. Great random fun. Although the main plot (being baseball) is like a cold shower before sex. Just no fun.

The jokes aren't really universal and the story seems to follow some sort of cliche. Overall, there's nothing really unique about it.

The funniest manga ever, hands down. Literally I keep lmaoing to all those gags the protagonist and co crack. Gags rev up as the story goes on. Definitely worth your while to read this.

Well I read this story quite some time ago and forgot about it since Ignition-One had some problems with their site (fixed now), but I remember having breathing problems and tears flowing because of too much laughing !! It's so incredibly funny and stupid story with baseball an absolute MUST read !!

Definitely worth checking out if you're into comedy! I LOL'd more than I can remember reading the first 2 volumes :D and it seems to be pretty popular in Japan too
