Description

Soooo.. after reading the full thing I came to the conclusion that I do like it. But this one is a weird amalgamation. Psychological, violence, comedy, serious mental illness there's so many things going on in this. I have read a lot of psychological manga and I find cheolho's backstory of his mental illness among the best ones I have read. Cheolho and jintae has a very toxic relationship dynamic. I do feel bad for namin tho. hopefully he gets a story of his own.

Can't say the plot really makes much sense, or is all that good when It's coherent. It falls prey to all the usual toxic romance cliches and definitely was not written by someone with any knowledge of gender-queer people.

If you're into "so bad It's good" or just generally batshit stories you might be interested in the plot here but I am 100% just here for the porn (which I would say is fairly good).

plot 3/10, porn 8/10. If you're trans and/or sensitive to ignorance though maybe don't read this.

Very trippy; similar vibe of a run of the mill hentai

But I enjoyed the main cast's introspective moments, feel kinda fresh compared to the usual stuff I read.

However I feel like the author kinda changed the direction of the story. Shit really felt random at times and it's like it's getting made up on the spot and is directed by a HORNY person. Every development feels sudden and erratic. (Quality consistency and supervision of an indie Hentai; less than some pornhwa). Just shut all your braincell and enjoy the ride; otherwise you wouldn't be able to enjoy it if you try to analyse it too critically.

This is how I am thinking what the author is thinking:

Author's braincell: imma gonna draw guy 2 getting fcked senselessly by guy 1

Author's braincell: ommmggg I love these idiots so much I want to show the readers the origin of their love!!

As someone who started reading mangas when I was little, and now
that I’m reading manhwas as well that has weird stories and with a lot
of heavy plots, this is by far the WEIRDES that I’ve encountered. Now
that I’ve even writing a review after a day of resting, I don’t even know
what I’ve read.

For starters, regardless of it being hugely weird, there are a lot of plot
holes that I can say one-by-one because I’m too lazy to do so. A lot of
questions were left unanswered and the timeline is all over the place
that I don’t even understand what’s going on most of the time I’m
reading it. The only thing that keeps me on reading this one is the fact
that the seme (Cheolho) starts to glow chapter after chapter which I
find cute (don’t remind me of what he’s done).

At first I thought that the characters, both the seme and uke, was so weird. As in, weird. And I was thinking that maybe Cheolho is autistic, but it wasn’t mentioned in the story because Cheloho’s mother didn’t let him go to the hospital to be examined of his condition which makes me really heartbroken until the end. My bibi should have lived a normal life if he knows how to deal with things by asking professional help.

Honestly, I don’t really what to feel or think of this manhwa because
I’ve never felt hatred for the seme even though what he did to the uke
(Jintae) was horrible. I really yandere types seme aside from clingy and
sunshine semes so, I dunno maybe I’m being weird or what. But my love
for Cheolho grew when I’ve read about his backstory and it’s breaking
my heart just to remember it.

Interesting but incoherent

First of all, it's a real shame that the author doesn't seem to even know trans men exist, or have no respect for them. I'm sure the translation doesn't help there but seeing a word that is often considered a slur

cuntboy used all over the author's note left a bad taste in my mouth. They seem interested in writing more stories like that so some education on the topic would be nice. It goes with the title choice and using the word woman to refer to Jintae, when he's obviously not even in the story's own setting?

The character development is interesting, especially when we learn that

they dated in high school . It does make the love between them more credible and less twisted than in other comics of this type (Killing Stalking or The Warehouse for example). But as the relationship progresses, ! there is no acknowledgement of the fact that Cheolho raped Jintae several times, that the body modification was a horrible thing to do without his consent, or that Jintae treated Cheolho awfully in high school, and obviously no excuses . This makes for a very artificial improvement of their relationship.

Season 2 seems to be often considered less good than the 1st, and I think it's actually pretty on par. A new character is introduced, and his actions and motivations are as incoherent as the others. I think people like it less because it doesn't focus on the main couple but that's not an issue for me.

Overall, very different from most manhwas currently available, but with a lot of potential wasted by the incoherent storyline and characters' actions. I hope to see the author improve on this and produce more substantial work, since this was their first one.

This could be really interesting series from these 'twisted' ones, but unfortunately many inaccuracies in the plot, everything is chaotic, irrational changes in character and their actions, also, the subsequent 'development' of the plot is simply... pathetic...

Shockingly Bad Translation

I really have no idea what is going on in this story. Yeah, a guy (seme) drugs his old high school classmate and as a result changes his penis into a vagina. And the author wastes no time getting the audience to watch the seme use it as much as he wants... all the while holding the uke hostage. All good so far, and expected of a yandere seme.

But it shifts so fast from the uke hating him (understandable) to this weird Stockholm syndrome situation where the uke seems like he can't live without him. It really make no sense.

This story is confusing as it is without INKR absolutely butchering their English translation. I doesn't even seem like they even attempted to proofread it before selling it to the public. Tons of grammar errors, the speech feels stilted, the dialogue and narrative bubbles don't feel connected to each other so your left scratching your head, and there are some really weird translations of sound effects (like "bingle" for when the seme was stroking the uke's new lady parts and "pit a pat" for heartbeat noise. ..wtf). Based on my credit card statement, INKR is located in Singapore, which could explain the awful translation; they have many multilingual speakers, so a "jack of all trades, master of none" issue regarding high level fluency. I was wondering if Viper-nim was a terrible writer but I don't think it's necessarily the case although I could be wrong. (No... I'm wrong, the story is terrible, the translation is terrible.)

It's just a strange manhwa that I really wanted to like but I can't justify paying to read something equivalent to a bad scans job.
