Description

When a goddess transports Hansoo Kang and his classmates to a magical fantasy world to become heroes, it’s like a dream come true. But when Hansoo declines to risk his life for a world that isn’t his own, the goddess leaves him for dead, alone in the forest.

Cut too short, but poor pacing till then anyway

Around the mid 80s chapters the author had to take a few 3 week long health breaks, soon after, the ending was rushed in the final 15 chapters. At the pace it was going it would probably have been a 300+ chapter series.
Not like the series was that good up until then, story and chapter pacing being the main issue.
Hansoo from the start was a relatable and interesting protagonist. Unlike most loner and edgy isekai protagonists, he is social butterfly that cares about others. Betrayed by the Gods, he becomes resentful and given an OP ability that still came with a huge amount of drawbacks, he found a way to make the best of it and become .... a kinda bored "system webtoon" protagonist towards the end.
He has more character than most MCs and got some decent development through the series, along with his "lone wolf" power. In general his storyline was pretty fun. But, he progressed way beyond everyone else too quickly.
Whenever we switched back to the other 2 main povs, they were so far behind that it was like jumping from chapter 40 back to chapter 5. Since they're also meant to be more cliché, almost all side story characters become painfully annoying to watch, until some of the MCs sidemen enter those stories.

Don't want to spoil anything but I have to say that Magic Academies that don't appear in the first 20 chapters end up being narrative traps.
The MC is already way beyond what the academy can teach them, all the side quests in them end up being very easy And, all the world building and interclan relationships the author wants to develop are clearly useless, because no one that wasn't introduced before that arc will matter long term.

GIANT load of BULL. All THREE of Parnar's series got cancelled AT THE SAME TIME.
The final 3 chapters make minimal sense because they just kinda ignore most major plot points to rush to an ending.
Lots of unresolved questions, and the main plot didnt even get achieved.
This, and FFF are among my favourite webtoons, but if I knew they would get axed I would never have read the damn things. I HAAAAAAAATE reading ongoing series for this reason, I'm so furious I am considering never reading any incomplete series again.

The ending is bad, the journey is fun.

Unfortunately it seems this was cut short, probably low views, the ending is sudden and, mincing no words, bad.

The series is a lot of fun to read, but requires some skimming early on to get through some mediocre stuff. The author has a great way of making tropes which I usually don't like turn into amusing situations. The ending of the series was definitely rushed and unsatisfactory, but I'd still argue it's a fun read that's definitely worth your time if you want a series that's based around being "amusing" rather than a serious plotline.

well it was not the best comic out there but it was fun, shitty ending and a ton shit of plot holes, lets hope the author get a financial problems maybe he would give us a 2nd part

Cancelled/rushed ending ruined what was beginning to be an interesting series. I hear the novel is longer, so maybe I'll have to check it out. But as for the comic, I'd say don't bother to start, it's not going to have a satisfying conclusion.

I sure as hell did, and I do love this one as well, the character is not as much of an asshole, and has a slight level of care for others. Minuscule, but it exists.

Not a 10 because there are way too many hints of romance, and I liked fff for the lack of romance.

It manages to get more than a 1 from me because at least it has some original idea.

+2 for the shovel

The pacing is scuff and hard to follow; it seems that whoever made this adaptation can't make the events flow smoothly. Also, there seems to be a lack of direction as to the plot. The side characters are unfortunately, forgettable. The MC also doesn't seem the most interesting so far, he's confident/arrogant but not funny enough.

If this adaptation put more focus on the comedy I would have liked it more. The "serious parts" often feel rushed and grant too many panels and pages to "action" and there's no "breathing room" at all. Hence it's hard to get attached to the characters.

I can't make fun of it or enjoy it ironically because of how clunky the story is told. But it's not the worst thing out there.

Had a nice start

The story was good enough the get me reading the novel. BUT the outsider god was way too annoying so I dropped it at some point in favour of the novel (when there weren't many chapters).

After catching up again, the art quality seems to have suffered and seeing all the other reviews I realise how little they adapted the story to the media. His classmates and elmogdo (or however the call the ork city)served to explore parts of the world the MC didn't see himself and served as a break from all the tension, but they're already relieving it with the god acting so childish and the action scenes/inner monologues they skip. The low point of the novel is how he doesn't communicate with any of his classmates (and miss interpreting them for most of the story) is kept, along with other characters wowing his actions ...

With all this I can't really recommend the series ... It would be much better if they had skipped all his classmates' scenes like they did with So I'm a Spider, So What? 's adaptation to manga. Seeing all the characters actions leaves little to our imagination and makes the MCs misinterpretations even more annoying.
