The manga has bad scantalation. I could barely understand anything even in english. The plot was line was erratic and dissatisfying. No depth either. After few chapters, I ended up hating the Ling Long girl. none
Not recommended.

I thought it would be interesting at first, but eventually I lost interest. Ling Long started as a tough character and then she was screaming all wuss. I know, it is a shoujo, but there are also shoujo titles with tough heroines. And also about Moyi; It is obvious that he had no interest in Ling Long from the very beginning, then suddenly he falls madly in love with her. I found it a little stupid.

The story had some plot holes and the pace was horrible. Real/Fake Princess from the same author is much, much better.

Nice Ideas, but terribly executed

The story telling in this manga is really awful. One of the problems I think is because it is too short. If the author were given a few more pages, the story may have been told better. The flow of the work is fine in terms of its main plotline and ideas; as in one idea will lead to another, sort of like cause and effect. But the link between the ideas is totally absent, its like playing connect the dots on a picture that is so obviously visible, but simply with the lines missing. One thing happens, which causes another to happen, and the readers just simply have to believe it to be so.
As an example

Moyi falls in love with LingLong; where or when does this happen? Event A, B, C are presented at the time when he comes to the realization he loves her. But aside from presenting these things, we see no personal changes within the character throughout the events they had together.

All the characters were archetypal yet interesting. In fact, pretty much all the characters are lovable (sure it helps that just about everyone is drawn prettily). Character development is okay. It is like the plotline in that sudden personality changes are accepted, due to events that have occurred. Another thing the manga is missing is probably the "thought bubbles" with self-reflection; or more skillful change of facial expression to exhibit a change in character.

I don't know, as much as the story is interesting, it has left me unsatisfied. There are also still a lot of plotholes that need filling... like

I can accept that BaiDi also had the moon curse, but what in the world does it actually do; why is it that "people barely survived" when the curse was unleashed... yet all the main characters lived? Is it something as corny as saying: "they have no hatred in their hearts, thus the moon curse of hatred does naught"

It bothers me.
