I'm looking for slice of life manga that focuses on brother-sister relationship like in Fudatsuki no Kyoko-chan. Although Fudatsuki no Kyoko-chan contains some supernatural stuff, I would prefer a story that isn't out of this world, just purely about their daily lives like going to school and stuff, typical SoL, and no demon slaying or whatever stuff like that, you know what I mean. Also, I would prefer something that isn't ecchi. I don't mind it having any incestuous stuff (it's brother-sister so it can't be avoided), but it'd be better if there aren't. Something funny and cute like the relationship of the siblings in Fudatsuki no Kyoko-chan. Thank you. biggrin

Try Machida-kun no Sekai for a calming, lovely read (everything is so relaxing and beautiful! The protagonist is a sweetheart, too). Definetely the best SoL I've ever read.
Sakamoto desu ga? is a good choice if you wanna laugh.
If you like soft and comical romance you could also try Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (in my opinion the anime is more focused to the romantic part, both are great).
Hope you like them! ;D

I am reading Machida-kun too and I absolutely love it. There isn't really much comedy but it's really good. The heartwarming scenes really fill me up. I've already tried some comedy manga like Sakamoto-kun, Tanaka-kun, Saiki-kun (supernatural but very, very funny) and I really laughed so hard. But I want to experience this warm feeling that you want to have for the rest of your life when you just finished reading something like Machida-kun or Yotsubato. So far I've only found ones about parent-child relationship like Yotsubato and Chichi to Hige Gorilla or about a whole family like Kekkonshite mo Koishiteru or Tenohira Size (one of my favorites biggrin ). So I've been trying to look for something more focused on sibling relationship and I haven't really been successful.
I've tried this manga (forgot the title) about two sisters living alone. I guess since they were both girls, they had similar perspectives. There were times that they had a little misunderstanding but eventually cleared up. Most of the time were just goody stuff. The closest one I could find was Fudatsuki no Kyouko-chan. I would say, there's nothing new with the kind of relationship they have. They quarrel like any siblings do, they forgive each other, laugh together. You'll realize that they how much they spend their time together and care so much about each other and I think that the nicest thing ever. It's just so pure. They look so comfortable together and there's not even a slight of feeling of awkwardness. I want something like that. Slowly, new characters are introduced in Fudatsuki no Kyoko-chan and I hope that it doesn't end up mixing relationships up and lose its charm. There's nothing fancy with the story. It's fun but at the end, there's always something warm and nice for the heart smile
