Might want to give Zipang a whirl
Ann Cassandra
Mirai Nikki
Maybe X-Men: Days of Future Past, or Age of Apocalypse

Have you tried to search up time travel under categories?

Steins;Gate
Steins;Gate - Boukan no Rebellion
Steins;Gate - Shijou Saikyou no Slight Fever
Steins;Gate - Onshuu no Brownian Motion
I recommend reading all of these together. That's when the story really starts to get interesting.
I think it is shounen, but Yomeiro-Choice starts out in a really good and funny way, where a little girl travels to the past to make sure her parents end up together. This is the only time-traveling manga I have read so far. Midway, it gets slice-of-life-ish, and the ending sucks, though.
I have also heard good things about The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, which the above title parodies at one point in a chapter called 'The Slut Who Leapt Through Time' (like it makes fun of the movie Back to the Future in chapter 1, 'Fuck to the * Future'). There is an animated version of this series, and I intend to start reading/watching it someday.
Oh yes, I highly recommend the movie The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Well animated, with a realistic yet pleasant feel, interesting twists and a thought-provoking plot that makes you wonder, if you had the power to go back in time, what would you actually use it for?
