I want to read a manga where the protagonist is an antihero who wishes to fulfill his ambitions like world domination or doing something what he believes to be justice. For example, killing people who are trash to society even though it is morally wrong but he believes it to be justice.
The protagonist should be male.
He also should be clever and smart.
He should also be good at psychological thinking and manipulating the minds of others like controlling them by tricking them into doing what he wants.
The protagonist should be kind of evil.
I prefer that the protagonist don't have superpowers like flying and superhuman strength.
He should be very mentally strong and is kind of arrogant and that no one can change his way of thinking.
Completed series would be nice but ongoing series is okay too.
No comedy and should be pretty serious

Good Examples:
Death note
Lost brain

Okay/Bad Examples:
Bloody Monday, the protagonist is good at hacking and help the police catch criminals and is quite a good person but he is not really evil so I don't really like this manga much but can tolerate it.

Kurosagi, swindler who swindles other swindler but is too episodic and he is not very ambitious. Kind of a good person IMO.

One outs, baseball game where the main character is good at seeing through another person's mind but not what I am looking for. He only thinks about gambling and is only ambitious at winning with not very big goals.

I was thinking of suggesting Liar Game for its psycological part, but I guess I can't, as his actions are that of a "good" guy, and the female lead is just too much to handle. (Yeah, she is the annoying girl who lectures on good and honesty...... Just too much to handle her).

I was gonna recommend Akumetsu too. Also very vaguely Zetman, Code:Breaker and Code Geass kind of fit, but all of them have some points that don't fit all your requirements.
Note that I am not fond of any of those manga, so I'm not recommending because I think they're good, I'm just pointing them out. 🙂

Definitely try Akumetsu 😀 😀
And Zennou no Noa may be exactly what you're looking for.

I actually read many different types of categories and genres so I think I'm gonna read all the recommendations you guys made. However, I already read most of it and now just starting to read Zennou no Noa and Liar Game.

Also, Akumetsu was fun for me to read and I really liked it.
Code Geass is the best anime I've ever watched IMO but not too sure about the manga though.
Zetman is a good manga but kind of not what I'm looking for.
Code:Breaker is quite interesting as well.

Lastly, thank you for all the recommendations made and I wish you guys a happy new year.
