Trying to find a manga that doesn't have any heavy drama, dooming tragedies or anything like that, but still has some sort of story. Most of what have found that might have fit either has some sort of sudden tragedy/drama or is too episodic/random. Hidamari Sketch is the closest to what I'm looking for I can think of right now.
I would like it if the manga/manhwa/manhua is completely scanlated or otherwise available in english. Too many of the mangas I've found interesting are still being scanlated and I'm not that patient of a person. 😀 As far as genres goes I'll take almost everything. Preferrably no yaoi, but... I have read sooo many mangas that I didn't think I would like at first look, so if it looks really awesome I might give it a go anyways.
Oh, and don't bother trying to look at my lists. the only one that's fairly up to date is my reading list. Wish list is total chaos and completed list is not complete... Have been too lazy to whip up some custom lists or something like that yet either. 🙄

To sum it up:
Little to no drama
Some sort of coherent story
No Yaoi
Fully (or at least almost) scanlated or availiable in english from other sources
If a ongoing manga I would like if it at least are a couple of volumes availaiable
Otherwise anything goes

Well, My Name is Zushio had no drama, but I can't say it was coherent. It was sure as heck funny, though. Hmm... I loved Ane-Mone Seikaten and Keppeki Shounen Kanzen Soubi, a couple of my favorites. Hanabi was a good length, I don't remember anything deeply dramatic past the usual teen love angst.

Gonna try and read all of the above suggestions. But Hanabi? Is that link/name actually correct? Because i get nothing from the page here at Baka-Updates, no genres, no categories, no description, nothing... Only the author TACHIHARA Ayumi. And year, 1992.
