Do you go off on tangents often?
Is it something you can control or does your just wander and next thing you know you were talking about something, then boom a topic so far away from the original topic you wonder how many tangents you went off on.
Note - Although the topic is tangents try don't actually go on a tangent and get off topic. Making a comment saying, 'yeah I go off on a lot', and maybe how one time you went from here to there would be acceptable. Or only under certain cases, and list the cases. (Really don't go crazy)
I also don't encourage anyone to get off topic on any thread.
I always go off on tangents, but I'm pretty good at catching myself before drifting too far from the original topic, and loop back.
I think this is how I can keep someone on the phone for over 2 hours talking about nothing. It's funny when we look back and think "wait how did we start talking about this now?" Which then turns into a game of connect the dots.
-Sidenote I made this a poll so the comments don't get out of hand. I find if there's a poll people would rather just vote than make a comment.
.... I really hope this thread doesn't get locked.
Yes yes, I know I make longwinded comments, but that's just me >.<
I should proof read my comments more, but I won't...
So keep in mind I'm filled with typos

Yes, when I get excited or I'm talking about science.
If you have to raise your voice to improve your argument, it merely shows how weak the ground you stand on is.
