What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I have watch this animation when i was young because of my mom mistake.(actually I asked her for the lion king)
but we found it fun and continue watching it. I have watch about 10episode so far, I miss it a lot and have been search for all over the internet.

If anyone have any scanlation/translation or the torrent for this animation please tell me >_<!!!
