I'm looking for manga in historical civilizations like Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece.

Examples:
Historie
Red River
Yume no Shizuku Ougon no Torikago

You mentioned Yume no Shizuku, Ougon no Torikago which is set in 16th Century, so I didn't limit my suggestions to only those set in ancient times.
Also, I did not include stories set in Japan.

If you're fine with dark, serious and/or war-themed stories:
Ad Astra - Scipio to Hannibal - Punic Wars (Rome vs Carthage)
Vinland Saga - 11th Century, Scandinavia
Shutoheru - 13th Century, Eastern Asia
Ookami no Kuchi: Wolfsmund - 14th Century, Switzerland
Otome Sensou - 15th Century, Bohemia, Hussite Wars

If you prefer calmer mood:
Thermae Romae - Roman Empire
Cesare - 15th Century, Italy
Otoyomegatari - 19th Century, Central Asia

If you're also interested in more modern setting:
Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) - 18th Century, France
Emma - 19th Century, England
Umi no Cradle - 19th Century, starts in England but the setting is sea and ships

Not sure how to categorise these:
Aoi Horus no Hitomi - ancient Egypt (scanlation has only started recently, so it's something to look forward to)
Shoukoku no Altair - alternate history, Ottoman Empire

Arslan Senki (ARAKAWA Hiromu) - There are other versions of this story, and the anime is further along than the manga. It's a fantasy world based on the ancient Middle East.

NG Life - set partially in modern Japan, partially in ancient Pompeii.

Spirit Circle - One of the past lives is in Ancient Egypt.

Aisopos - a webtoon set in Ancient Greece. I've only read the first few chapters.

I'd also recommend the above mentioned Otoyomegatari. Though it's set in the 19th century, the culture had a feel of a more ancient culture.

If you're interested in ancient China or Japan let me know. I think there are a lot more of those (and many are very good).
