can you please recommend me some yaoi or shounen-ai manga that the uke have a complicated and twisted past, or had traumatic for something, or his heart is so fragile, or he was abandoned by his family, or something like that??

I think Aitsu to Ore can count too. The two protagonists are in a shounen-ai situation rather than yaoi. But one of the guys with a sad past was the uke for his teacher at school.
