If you're hybrid you are whichever of your nationality you want to be left right or both or maybe more. I believe nationality is inherited by blood even though you've lived and have been born in a country for your entire life. Take my friend for example he has two parents from chile and he claims that he's from sweden because he was born here and has lived most of his life here. So how come the other blond children from his last school picked on the only black haired boy? It's naive to think that your spirit/soul belongs to a country as when you get your head crushed by real nationalists that won't matter anymore 😐

I live in a scandinavian country and it's quite nice here. At least there are no serious problems here(the ordinary ones: unemplyment etc.etc.). Too bad just that the mangas cost more than the U.S ones and theres about 10 titles published (more coming, though). And from what i've heard our school is "easier" than in other countries. Our summer vacation is a little over 3 months long 😀 . And sorry if my english isn't so good.

i live in the U.S.
and i don't really like it all that much...
i guess mostly, it has to do with the fact that alot of other countries don't like us right now, and i don't like the stereotypes put on the U.S, though i mostly agree with some.

Quote from cloud9

I know Singapore's history better than its citizens (oh yes, I do), sung their national anthem for 10 years and speak in their accent very well.

Ohoho....
That's not really a great thing, the history of Singapore I mean. It was discovered by a malaysian prince(or sumthing), british took over, japanese came, british ran away, and japanese took over then ran away (we all know why), then the chinese took over and then it seperated from malaysia to become a country on its won. Im pretty sure about 90% of the country knows at least that, details..you dont need em >>
Furthermore, anyone can speak singlish >
<
It's basically broken english 🤣

Quote from Kaioh

I want Bill Clinton back as President, he replacement sucks donkey balls. >_>

I completely agree with Kaioh, the whole 9/11 thing has caused a lot of conflict. Specially now that there are people everywhere speculating about the validity of what they were told. Some think that the connections between bush's family and some middle easterns implies that bush did it. I still don't understand how a Steel building can collapse during the fire but not after the explosion...
anyways, I enjoy where I live, the infamous Dallas. The city debbie visited. The state with the some of the lowest state rankings. I think we're the worst in children's health care. Our constitution is horrible. And the majority of Republicans want to keep it the way it is.
I like my neighbors, thats all that matters to me at the moment.

USA, and I love it. I don't always approve of it, but I love it. The possibility of change exists in theory, and I prefer to think in terms of freedom TO instead of freedom FROM. A bit against the Europeans and their welfare systems, gun control etc... it just goes too far. You have to be responsible for yourself at some point.

On Clinton, I am glad he is gone. He was NOT the best president ever. Bush has made his mistakes, things should have been handled differently. But Clinton was just as bad- he completely ignored attacks on US property. The trade agreement with China was a huge mistake in my oppinion, and helped Bush out on that unemployment number. Just cause it was good during Clinton's time, doesnt mean he caused it. But the China trade deal, while held up as something great, has allowed them an unfair advantage in our market and hurt manufacturers here.

I am from Texas as well, Fort Worth actually. Can't argue that our constitution is complicated and sticky and a pain in the rear. But I respect the reason why- fear of government power. Texans had been burned by the govt once before, so they made it hell-hard to get a change made. The constitution actually has to be amended... and to get that much popular interest is just, at least today, not likely.

Sup Migrants 8)

South Africa to USA transplant, and I have to admit I share the same opinion about both countries. I love them both, but I hate having to share them with the residents of either. Both have long long histories of doing horrible things. I can't say either one is better or worse.

Hey recently I saw this quote:

Quote from http://www.playfuls.com/news_06695_Sony_UK_Boss_Calls_the_US_a_Land_of_Cheap_People_to_Justify_PS3_Price.html

In an interview with Martin Matt, from the popular GameIndustry.biz site, Sony UK managing director Ray Maguire calls America "a land of cheap people", while the UK is “a little island where rent and rates are at an absolute premium”. Now, that comment on the UK seems rather believable, but the USA comment... Is that how other people see the U.S., because that would be a hilarious piece of irony.

I hate Australia (its where i live) cause its so boring. Plus the weather here sucks, it randomly turns hot then rainy then hot then rainy then hot for like 5months then goes into drought.
Oh well could be worse places to live in i guess. So its not so bad but i still hate it.

Oh yea i forgot, our prime minister is a deformed roadkill koala with his head up his ass =]

Guys I Love Australia! (although i have NZ blood, i don't like it so much)

Sure, our politions are all on crack, but i have real national pride.

Not always do i feel Pride when i sing our anthem, but on special occasions, particularly special sporting events (for example 06 world cup) I feel real Pride to be a citizen and get behind my country.

Plus its a great place to live in (melbourne at least, the other cities mostly suck).

What so great about melbourne? The shopping's crap, public transport...yea thats crap too, and also, i think there was an ad that claims its a city that never sleeps and im pretty sure it wasn't a new york ad...almost everything closes at around 6:30pm...what's so sleepless about that? --"
You can say 90% of Australians are proud of their country....maybe a little TOO proud. But then, when international events come up, lets say..this yr's aus open, you get racial fights -
-
Bottom line, melbourne is an "okay" city to live in, not great and Australia is too full of fickle ppl >_<
(Oh yeah, i was going for every country that went against Aus in the world cup. It was so sweet that they lost pathetically 🤣 )

Shame I'm not too into sports so i have little or no National Pride for Australia =X
Australia is 2 edgy @@ no one here knows what they want, we want to stop global warming but we want to cut back so we have more money, blah blah blah
I've been to Melbourne and i do have to say its better then Sydney by a long shot but still its nowhere near as good as some other countries.

Also our politicians aren't on crack, its just whenever one of them gets elected they suddenly get revelations that cause them all to become mentally challenged/
