Looks like an earlier style of Yuki Kaori, if I'm not mistaken. She's written a lot of stuff, couldn't tell you which one.

Nah, I'm very sure it's by TATENO Makoto, but I haven't read enough of her works to know which one. Could well be Marry Max! as Kitty18 suggested. It's definitely not Card no Ousama since I've read that.

I don't believe that's any of her yaoi works... but I'm having a hard time remembering her female characters in yaoi.
